Helcim helped us out when we started a company to run a conference here in Calgary. (Over at

Nic was amazing to work with, he walked us through the sign up process for our merchant account, and even helped us integrate it right into our site (when we ran into a few problems).
We ended up having to cancel the conference, and canceling their service was a breeze.
Now I’m using their Virtual Terminal for my small business (
