They make their Chai lattes lukewarm, even when I ask for it hotter.
Four times I’ve gone, requesting it to progressively hotter temperatures (top was 170), and I doubt any of them broke 140.

I really enjoy coming to Good Earth every morning. Through the winter semester I had some early mornings riding the bus in the freezing cold with a blank stare and dampened spirits; BUT as soon as I would think of Good Earth and the piping hot delicious Mocha I would soon consume my spirits would lift and the winter world became less gray. Suddenly it was like birds were singing and the sun was beating down on my face. That’s the effect an early morning coffee from Good Earth can have on one’s psyche. Delicious.
The only reason that Good Earth gets 4 stars and not 5 is that the baristas working there do not seem to remember customers, even regulars like me.
