I have been coming to this Good Earth Café location for several years. The service has improved greatly since the summer of 2015. The staff are very friendly and efficient, particularly Kayla, Jinny and Frodalyn. They always greet customers with a smile and remember regular patrons. They never keep customers waiting for extended periods. I like the atmosphere of this location — the natural lighting and the view. The Café is always clean. I prefer coming here to Starbucks or Tim’s or those «snobby» high priced coffee shops on fourth street. The beverages and food are good at this location. A great place to have a casual business meeting, use your computer or meet a friend.

Good Earth is a pretty alright stop. This isn’t the kind of coffee shop I would seek out, but when you’re trapped in the Sheldon Chumir Health Centre with over two hours of nothing to do but hurry up and wait, Good Earth is a lovely site.
Unlike the mighty S-​Bux, they make their coffee one cup at a time with a real espresso maker! I know it’s not something to get too crazy excited out but it’s a step up from many of the coffee chains.
Their carrot cake did a pretty decent job of tasting both fresh and not mass produced. Not the strongest endorsement, I know… But it was pretty tasty!
Also picked up one of their broccoli cheddar scones. I don’t think I’d go this route again.
See you next time I’m stuck in urgent care, Good Earth.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Granted the staff is somewhat comatose but they’re friendly. The coffee is about 60% the price of other places.
Ambience is great with plenty of seating. Great place to get some reading done. Music is at sub-​jackhammer levels which I cannot say for all cafes. Noticed the women clientele seem quite uninhibited in making eye contact. The other major advantage of this place is that you can hang out there if you’re in a long wait at Chumir.
I’m going here every day if I have the time.

Despite the well meaning folks behind the counter I dread the service every time I come here. It’s patchy and usually misinformed about their own menu. Which is a shame because they have decent food and an okay drinks menu. This particular location has a good sized seating area with a couple of comfy chairs.
