I was fet up with my insurance broker, so I was on the search for a new one when I found GodfreyMorrow. They were a broker for the same insurance company I was already with, so the transition seemed like it would be an easy one. They pride themselves on being a small broker, their customer care is important to them.
When I walked into the office I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and although I didn’t have an appointment, it wasn’t an issue. After a bit of a wait one of the agents invited me into her office. when I had explained to her why I was unhappy with my existing broker, she said it wouldn’t be an problem transferring everything over to them. I wouldn’t even have to call my broker to make changes, they would do it all for me. Just the one on one atmosphere that they have created made me sure that this would be a better broker for me. They kept things simple. I later tacked on condo insurance to my automobile and it was as easy as pie. They send me a copy of my insurance automatically every few months. they even put me in contact with a investor downtown, named Esther, who came to my home! She did all the work in setting up my life insurance. She couldn’t be a more pleasant person, who explained everything very well to me! I recently had a problem with not getting my insurance renewal. When I called they were prompt about emailing me out a copy and applying for a reprint from the insurance company. It was solved in no time!
I am very pleased with GodferyMorrow Insurance, they are without a doubt the place I will continue to go to for all my insurance needs! I know that if you check them out you would be pleasantly surprised at the degree of customer service they offer!
