These guys are serious car lovers. They took great care of my car These do an amazing job in super fast time. I was really impressed It was cleaned inside and out, including the seats, mirrors, steering wheel etc and the windows were so clean that I could barely see them. I will definitely be having my car cleaned here again!

I bought my car here in 2010 and have had a great experience with this location over the past 5 years.
For anyone looking to buy, I highly recommend Cathy Rankine, who I bought my A3 from. She’s very knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with.
I’ve always taken my car here for services and have used loaner vehicles, shuttle services and waited in the lounge. The new lounge is great now as there’s a large area with beverages, snacks, reading materials and iPads. Much nicer than sitting in the sales floor area with a newspaper.
I’ve been to several dealerships around Calgary while test driving cars and this is still the best I’ve experienced.

Dealing with this dealership has been, hands down, the single worst experience of my life. The first thing to understand about these people is that, if you don’t have a top-​of-​the-​line model, you’re nothing to them; in fact, you’re worse than nothing and you’ll be served accordingly.
My personal experience was with a particularly oily crook named Brian Duggan. I came to these incompetents with my 2003 A4 Avant Quattro 3.0 because I had a power drain issue. First, they replaced the battery ($ 302), but that wasn’t it and the next morning the car was dead. Next, Brian claimed that the alarm siren was waterlogged and quoted me $ 1,200 for a replacement. Being a graduate student, I asked for an alternative and so they removed the siren and bypassed its circuit ($ 588). As I was leaving the dealership, I noticed that the mechanic broke the built-​in navi system. Moreover, not only did the car die the next morning, but, when I jump-​started it, the fuel gauge was no longer working and the sound was coming out of the speakers incorrectly (they messed up installing the sub and amp when they removed them for whatever reason). I gave up and told Brian to go ahead and replace the siren ($ 1074). They kept the car for another week (not fixing the issue with the stereo that they themselves had caused) and, sure enough, when I got the car back and tried starting it the next day, it was dead.
You know what they say about liars, and these people have fooled me more than twice already. I will never set foot in this stealership as long as I live, and I would caution anyone seeking help with his car against going there.

Glenmore Audi has completely changed my perspective of dealerships and used car sales.
I purchased my A6 from Jack a few years ago. The purchase was a pleasant experience, with no issues whatsoever. Jack is far from the stereotypical car salesman.
A couple months after purchasing the car, I noticed a few minor fixes — Glenmore Audi was happy to pick up the tab. The car goes to Audi for general servicing & I have always dealt with Menna; he exceeded my expectations each time.
Recently my Fiancée was driving the A6 and ended up with a flat tire. She was next to Glenmore Audi and it was Menna who came out to help her. He went out of his way to source out a new tire, topped up the fluids, and had her on back on the road in no time. No charge to us.
I highly recommended Glenmore Audi.

What can I say, the service here is fantastic. I had my first issue with the vehicle after owning it for just a little over a year. When I tried to start it, I felt a sharp pain in my finger. Thinking I received some sort of shock, I pushed the button again, only to get the same sensation. After looking at the ignition button, I noticed it had started peeling and a sharp metal flake ended up pointing straight up.
I was pretty upset over this whole matter considering a luxury vehicle shouldn’t make me bleed (it actually did prick my finger enough to make it bleed). I called the Service guys and they checked with Audi Canada. To my amazement, this is considered to be trim and only covered up to 1 year. They offered to cover the labour and I would have to buy a new button for $ 100.
Now don’t get me wrong, the offer was nice but there was NO WAY I should have to pay for this issue. THe kicker was that Audi was aware of the issue and fixed it for the newer models.
I immediately wrote to Audi Canada and forwarded my email to my sales guy and the Manager. Within an hour, I heard from both of them. THey both apologized for the issue and offered to cover the charge of the button as well. I have never gone from such frustration about a manufacturer to such joy for a dealer helping out.
These guys know what it takes to satisfy a customer and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

My Audi S4 broke down, so I took it to Glenmore to get it repaired. They manager of service told me I had to take the car back to Saskatchewan to get repaired because that is where the lease was from.
After finally agreeing to fix the vehicle, they refused to give me a comparable vehicle, even though I was still paying the lease. They would only give me an old Jetta… and they took over 2 months to fix it.
Worst experience ever.

This review is strictly for the service department.
I’ve dealt with a number of dealership service departments in Calgary, and I have to say Glenmore Audi is head and shoulders above the rest. I purchased a used Audi from another dealership, which had a transferrable certified pre-​owned warranty. In the last two years, I have used Glenmore Audi for the maintenance exclusively.
Their online booking system works great for routine maintenance appointments, and the one time I had a more urgent problem a phone call led to them fitting me in immediately. The service advisors are very efficient and friendly, they get everything right the first time and contact you throughout the service to let you know how things are going. Really professional. I always use their shuttle service, and it is pretty sweet getting chauffeured to work in a nice new Audi. (Although I think this is all part of a plan to get me into a new A7). Prices are reasonable for maintaining a fairly high end German car, but certainly not the cheapest. My car requires so little maintenance that this isn’t a huge deal.
My car is always done on time, and under the quoted price. And the work is always done right. Nothing wrong with that in my books.

I finally got a Car!!! A SUV. Not new but used, I am still very excited for it is new to me! We had Cathy as a Sales person and she was great, everything was ready for us on the test drive and she was attentive, and never pushy. It was very easy to buy a vehicle from her and we got a greart deal too. It was very nice after getting ignored at some other places.
We test drove the car on a Wednsday and picked it up on Thursday. This is my 3^rd Car I have owned and my first in Canada.

After quite a few disappointments shopping for a new car. I called in response to used car ad on auto trader. Cathy on the other end of the line answered all my questions with no idle chit chat, and we set an appointment to see the car after work. We arrived at Glenmore Audi on time and the vehicle was parked out front nice and clean, full of Gas. Cathy came out, helped us get our Babies car seat installed, took a quick copy of drivers licenses. Again all with a lack of idle chit chat, very professional. She answered all the question we had about the vehicle and within minutes we were out on a test drive. Our daughter got a little cranky on the way, so I dropped my Wife and daughter at home. I returned to the dealership and sat down with Cathy.
Again Cathy was great. It was refreshing not to get deflected when I ask critical questions. Some Salesperson’s seem to deflect certain customer question with the idle chit chat I mentioned before. We quickly came to a no hassle agreement on the price of the Car, that made Me, my Wife and hopefully Cathy happy. We felt and still feel we got a better than fair deal on the Vehicle. We saw the Carproof (like a Carfax), plus a vehicle inspection report without asking. I put down a deposit, and pickup the Vehicle the next day.
The following Monday, I had 2 questions about the car and called and was told Cathy was off for the day and would return the call the next day. I left my 2 questions on Cathy’s voice mail. The next day Cathy called me when she came on shift with both questions already researched and answered. This shows again the professionalism of Cathy.
We didn’t buy a new Audi from Cathy, rather a used vehicle of another make. But Cathy treated us like we had bought a new Audi. Should we decide to buy another vehicle or a New Audi, Cathy will be our first and most likely only stop.

After my tumultuous experience at Lexus (see review) I went to Audi, as it was one of the cars I was interested in.
I had the pleasure of being greeted by Char, who is probably the awesomest chick I’ve met in a dealership, and in general. She is New sales gal. I told her what I was interested in and set me up to do a test drive. After a wonderful test drive, hard not to in fun cars, I came back and she pulled me a list of the available ones with color, prices, location etc.
I ended up dealing with Ian mostly, who was a swell guy too. Very helpful, personable and knew his stuff. During the process of picking and what not, they would all answer emails and calls and answer every question for me.
Upon purchase of the car, they gave me decent GC to Willow Park wines, as well as a wine and a nice wooden box. A couple weeks later was also a customer appreciation night (booze was supplied by willow park). They were tons to eat and drink, all staff was there, you could talk to them, the shop was open to take a look at cars and have the mechanics explain everything you wanted to know and probably will never need to know about you car. As well, there was prizes and what not. A nice touch personally, especially after such a terrible experience at The Other car place.
if you are in the market for a new or used luxury car, check out this Audi, they don’t care who are you or what you do, they just want to make sure you are happy.

The last time I received service this good was when I lived at home and my mother used to make my suppers and clean my dishes and make my bed.
When our vehicle kicked the bucket, we searched for a dealership that had quality vehicles and great service. I won’t spend my time here complaining about the other dealerships and how unbelievably craptastic their service was, but rather I want to tell you about Jason and how wonderful he was.
Jason was there every step of the way to answer our silly and redundant questions. He never made us feel insignificant or undervalued at any time during this process. We truly felt like our business was appreciated. The ladies with the finance dept were also awesome, Alanna and Shawna answered all of our questions and were very polite and welcoming. It was a treat to visit Audi and their team during this process.
After the vehicle was purchased, Jason spent much time with us going over the vehicle inside and out. When I told friends and family about all the wonderful things Audi did they simply commented on how they have never received so much as a follow up call from their last purchase. We even received an Edible Arrangement, coffee mugs, gift certificate, and most important emails from the GM thanking us for our business. What a treat. We were even invited back for a special 10,000 $ giveaway event at the dealership where we sampled beers and ate hors d’oeuvres and had a great time.
It was a pleasure to shop at Audi, they have a customer for life with us ! I look forward to seeing how the servicing goes!
