Business Owner
Having spent the past 15 years running environmental engineering projects around the world, I decided to leave it all behind and pursue my passion for food and what better way than with Gelato and Hot dogs!
I worked for many years prior to University in restaurants from busing tables to dish washing and then as a cook. As a cook, I helped open a number of locations for a franchise and learned a great deal I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in University and look forward to applying this knowledge along with my passion and energy to provide an amazing experience for our customers!
