Mike P.
Business Owner
Mike has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry in the Calgary area; most of this time has been spent roofing homes. He chose to specialize in sloped roofing and holds a Journeyman certificate from the Alberta Government. During his time working in Calgary, Mike has seen a lot of changes in the product used as well as the attitude of the workers. Products that used to have ten year warranties and life-expectancies of fifteen to twenty-five years have been replaced with roofing products that are warranted to last fifty years.
With roofing products lasting much longer than products of the past it has become very important that they are installed correctly. Workers that used to look at shingling as a good summer job needing minimal training have been replaced by year-round employees who are fully trained, not only on how to install roofing product but also how to do it safely. Training new workers to be the best in the industry has become a top priority for Mike.
