Electrician Magician

We used Electrician Magician to make upgrades to our condo. The condo-​board required the contractor’s WCB documents, Business Licence and Certificate of Insurance; all of which, Ashley happily provided.
The Electrician who performed the work was pleasant, professional and efficient.

I called the Electrician Magician and someone was able to come out the very next morning. My issue was a quick fix but more serious than I originally thought. Now everything is as it should be. It sounds ridiculous but he even changed a light bulb for me. It was very high up and I had no idea how I was going to do it on my own. The cost for everything was very reasonable — well worth it. I will definitely call again the next time I need an electrician.

I have used this company quite a few times for various jobs in both mine and my Mum’s home. They are always on time and do a great job, invoice arrives promptly by email and they accept credit card information by phone.

If safety in your home is a big deal, the only electrical company to ever call is Electrician Magician.
I once heard the owner say, «check your electrical panel at least once a year. Listen for buzzing and if you hear some, call us right away.»
I checked my electrical panel when I got home that day and sure enough I heard buzzing. You’re not supposed to hear buzzing.
I called the Electrician Magician and the very next day — the owner himself was standing on my porch at 8:00am with tools in his had.
Long story short, the buzzing in my panel was coming from a faulty breaker. I learned the buzzing is actually a fire hazard so I’m glad I checked… so should you.
Before Neal left my place I showed him an electrical outlet in my basement that didn’t work — in fact it never worked. Two years ago I had my basement finished and that outlet have never worked. How frustrating is that? I’ve even had the electrician who wired my basement in the first place look at it… and he couldn’t figure it out either.
I didn’t think there was a solution… I just figured Neal would say — I can’t see behind the dry wall… if it doesn’t work it will never work.
Here’s the magical part…
Neal asked me a few select questions about how my basement had been wired… I vaguely recalled… and three minutes later the outlet was working. Neal opened up what I thought was a random outlet and found a wires that weren’t connected. Holy crap was I ever impressed!
My breaker was replaced for a new one and now I had an outlet back that I couldn’t use before.
I’ve called on the Electrician Magician a few times since. I’ve referred them to others. They’re great. They truly care about your safety.
I think they really are magicians because my problems magically disappeared…

The Electrician Magician was a generally good experience. The service call was fairly prompt (though I did have to work make a request to get the date a bit sooner), and the electrician was efficient, yet personable. I think my job was fairly simple (tweaking some undercabinet lighting wiring), but it was well done. My only qualm is that they took over 2 months to actually email the bill, despite me calling after two weeks to remind them. I don’t really appreciate that, as I like to keep my bills paid so they don’t hang over my head.
Anyway, I am overall satisfied!
