I like it, staff is very helpful and with so many teas to choose from they need to be as I had no idea what I was looking at. The other patrons were pompous hipsters so next time I go will have to be when it is slow.

I’ve tried multiple teas here and I gotta say — they are not great. full of weird fillers! I was recommended the birthday cake rooibos tea and it was disgusting. who wants to soak real sprinkles in hot water so all the carnauba wax rises to the top? terrible.

On a cold wintery day, this made my day: D
I had been on the look out for the valentines 2015 merchandise for the past two weeks. All the other locations I went to were all out. This was my final attempt before giving up forever and hiding in my room and moping.
The store front is gorgeous with their cherry blossoms setup. I look forward to seeing what they have in store through out the year.
The staff were very courteous and had great recommendations for this seasoned tea lover.
Will be back for sure :3

Great custom service! The girls were very attentive and was greeted with some samples. I wasn’t in love with some of the teas I ended up purchasing but this is up to your personal taste. Overall pretty happy with the place. They have large selection of loose tea and all types of accessories.

I was greeted very warmly when I entered the store on a snowy evening. There were 2 staff working and one was helping another customer. The other came to chat with me while I was browsing the teapots. I asked about teas as I was looking for a good one to keep me warm. He suggested about 4 teas that he opened the tins for me to see/smell. I picked a black tea and I had a coupon so it was free, otherwise they charge $ 3 a cup.
I couldn’t taste much the first sip but after letting it steep longer, I found the tea was a flavourful and to my liking. I also liked they have 4 different selections of tea cups for the holidays at a reasonable price of $ 6.50 for 2 cups. The staff person was able to find me one in the cupboard and promptly rang in my purchase.
I really liked the personalized service and also the recommendation on teas. There is a wide assortment, including holiday blends, so it would meet the needs of any tea lover.

Pretty cozy shop here on 17^th. A good place to pick up loose leaf tea. You can also have any tea of your choice in the store here for 3 dollars, iced or hot. Which is a great idea if you are unsure about investing in some of the more pricier loose leaf teas. Silver pine white tea can fetch up to $ 50 per 100g.
Overall, I was very impressed with the staff there. They are efficient, courteous, and not very pushy.
I would recommend this place for anyone who loves tea.
