Went in to pick up some shampoo and replenish some hair products.
Knew what I needed so looked around till I found the items. A girl was working at the counter, didn’t greet me or the only other person in the store. Would have been nice if she offered some assistance to save myself sometime since I knew what brands I needed, just needed to know where it was located? She just stood at the counter, looking not busy. Maybe it was a robot?
Found the items I needed and went to the counter to pay. Paid for my items and waited for her to put them in a bag. I stood and waited patiently when the «drone» said «are you wanting a bag?» not sure if that was a trick question, but since I just purchased 6 items and two of them being 1 liter shampoo bottles, obviously I need a bag. Heavy items. Told her «yes» and she reluctantly put them in a bag and shoved it towards me. no bye, or anything so just grabbed the bag and left. Service is lacking.
Store is huge and has everything possible hair wise. In the back they do have a hair salon which I have not tried, so can’t comment on that.
Lots of parking. Great selection. Decent prices. Service from the drone, less than great/​good/​fair or even okay. Could be allot better

Your quiet confidence and passion for hair and your customers had me instantly relaxed from the moment we shook hands and extended throughout my appointment. You are a great listener and cared about what I wanted. Your suggestions for after care were great too!
For $ 42 you can get a wash, cut and style and at the end I opted for a blow out. My hair looks great!
I was not asked the usual annoying questions about what product I use in my hair and do I want to buy this or that for the up sell… we just had great conversation and when I wanted to browse through my magazine, she respected a few moments of silence while the blow dryer was on. I was her main focus compared to other places where staff were checking their cell phones, talking to other staff members or answering business calls to take other hair appointments.
Ashley is a terrific gal and the rest of the staff were friendly too. You will be offered a coffee or tea as you come in and the shop to browse was airy, well stocked and clean.
My appointment also started right on time!
Close to home and there is convenient parking in the large lot — I will be back for certain!

I’ve been to this location a few times now and have been with Sarah. Shes awesome; great customer service, honest and extremely talented. She knows what would look good and helps me figure out what I want. I’ve gotten 3 different colours and styles with her now and haven’t been disappointed. I was over charged once (I didn’t even notice) and received a phone call right away to fix it. Love love love the cleanliness and professionalism!
