I needed a unique gift for an older person in our family. I wanted to get a coin set from the year of their birth. My brother in law sent me here. The owner Rob seems to know about everything, and anything. But he was able to get me a really nice set of coins from 1967 and they were relatively cheap, and it made a great birthday gift. He even had some coins going back to the Roman Times. I heard him conversing with another customer about them, and he was very knowledgeable about the era. I never knew that Romans were so nasty… LOL. Anyways, if you are looking for some really old coins or need a history lesson, Rob is your man! I will be back soon if I need another unique gift.

If you have a question about coins or antiquities, the owner (Rob) has an answer and interesting story that usually goes with the piece. The shops stock of ancient Roman and Greek coins is most likely second to none in Canada. Their selection of world and Canadian numismatica is also impressive. The pricing is fair going both ways whether buying or selling. You can spend a fair amount of time (and money) here if you want and never be bored. I found whether you are buying 50 cents worth or $ 500, Rob is just as cheerful and generous with his knowledge of whatever subject pertains to you purchase.
