After a suspected chimney fire we called in this company to help clean and assess the damage. They were very good about going through what happened as well as giving advice to try and prevent it from happening again. There are also some flaws in our current fireplace system and we were able to get advice on how to fix the problem.
I feel comfortable that I wasn’t charged for work not done or not necessary.
Very professional — there was no mess left behind.
