Allan Bayda handled my case and did a great job. Wilma in his office was excellent and took the time to answer all my questions. The entire office was professional and friendly. When I originally called the office to get an idea if my case might be one they would accept, I was put right through to Allan (which surprised me) and he was very straight forward and helpful right from the beginning.
I would highly recommend this firm.

This is the office of Alan Bayda, a lawyer specializing in insurance disability claims.
Recently I telephoned to get an opinion regarding an insurance disability situation. We talked with a lady named Jennifer who is either a receptionist or legal assistant of Alan Bayda. At no time did we actually speak with Mr. Bayda and by the end of the 20 minute conversation Jennifer had accused us of committing insurance fraud.
The opinion of a different lawyer with whom I was able to speak with in person was quite different.
This may be a case of a miscommunication but I certainly was not left with a happy opinion of Bayda Law.
