We have made an evolution with a new chef-​created, American New menu. The culinary team headed by Chef Cole Dobranski has worked to source local and organic products where possible and the front of house has made a commitment to creating memorable experiences with great margaritas and classic bottles.

History

Established in 2009.

Avocado Restaurant & Lounge is a family run business from Saskatchewan who moved to Calgary with a dream. We love good food!

Like many successful businesses we have changed to give our customers more of what they are looking for.

What began as a fast-​casual burrito and beer concept has become a foodie-​worthy, high-​energy hangout, all because we discovered our PASSION for GREAT FOOD.

It’s become increasingly important to all of us to know who prepares our food, that it’s fresh, and that it’s locally sourced and organic as much as possible. We believe that our customer’s were demanding more than just our freshly-​made guacamole and salsa. We agreed and we went for it.

We are so proud to bring our new chef-​created food to your table. Our chefs are proud to prepare it and our servers are proud to present it.

Manager

Chef Cole Dobranski is the creative force behind Avocado’s new, fresh menu. His inspirations are his mom, Jamie Oliver and his dog Ammo. Cole always comes to the kitchen with a contagious energy and creativity that keeps all of us excited about the food we bring to every table. When Cole is not cooking, he’s watching the food network, eating at amazing Calgary restaurants and talking about food!
