Great service.
Quicker recoil than any other shop I called.
Said mower would be done Monday and it was.
I will return here to purchase a new mower.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Needed to have some work done on my Ryobi 4 cycle trimmer engine. Phoned them before driving across town and the lady on the phone said bring it in.
When I got there the guy behind the counter barked at me as I walked in and said «we don’t touch those here». That was before I had said a single word. When I let him know that I had phoned before driving across town he said «if that’s a Ryobi we don’t touch those here».
When I asked where to go he rudely gave me the name of another place. I asked where that place might be and again with a really bad attitude he answered «I don’t know, somewhere in the SE». Like that’s a helpful description in a city of over a million people.
I understand that some places only work on certain makes of equipment (like only the kind they sell) and that’s fine. That’s why I called first before spending an hour in traffic to take it there. Attitude like that does not belong in a place of business that deals with the public. They might sell good equipment there but I’ll go out of my way to recommend people avoid this place. Definitely not the kind of people I’m willing to hand my money to.
Very disappointing and likely embarrassing for their ownership/​management.
