I called AAA based on the reviews and I have to completely agree with all 5 star reviews. My car had broke down about 20 km’s from home. The dispatcher was friendly personable and efficient — she was right on with her quote and arrival time. The driver was there 5 minutes early and another pleasure to deal with. I was able to quickly hand him my keys and money and meet him at my home. The driver arrived about 20 minutes after I got home — in Saturday afternoon traffic! Thankfully it wasn’t a busy night for tow trucks. I hope I never need to be towed again but if I do I’ll definitely use them again.

I saw this company on Unilocal and called for a quote for a flat tire change. Dispatcher answered the phone right away and got all my details. They quoted at least 15 minutes faster and $ 10 cheaper than all the other companies i’d called. The truck arrived a full 15 minutes before the time quoted, they called me to let me know they were there, then got started right away. It was done within 15 minutes and took another 10 to sort out payment and finalize everything. Driver was very friendly, very knowledgable, professional and the price was exactly as quoted. Very pleasant experience overall, highly recommend.

My fiancée’s car was having an issue late on a Sunday afternoon and needed to be towed. I called around and everyone was going to be at least 3 hours until they could get a truck out. AAA said they would be there in less than an hour.
Luckily my fiancée’s car broke down close to home and we were able to wait on our couch. The dispatcher gave us a call 5 minutes before the truck was to arrive so we could meet him.
The whole process only took a few minutes and the cost was just under $ 150 to have the vehicle taken to the dealership. The driver was friendly and courteous and took care of dropping the keys in the night drop box at the dealership for us.
It was great that they were able to help us out so quickly and could still make our dinner reservations later in the evening.

Unfortunately I’ve had my vehicle require a tow twice in the past month… fortunately AAA responded both times.
Both times the operator was professional and very helpful.

Well I just got towed by them so I figured while I’m waiting for a them to fix my car, why not write a review about my experience with AAA Towing.
They were sent to me by Honda Roadside service. My car wouldn’t start but luckily it was nice out today, so I didn’t mind waiting in the sun. The truck came rather quickly and the man was really nice. Since I’m no mechanic, I really like when they talk to me like I know what goes on underneath the hood of my car. It means I look like someone that might know anything about automobiles and that makes me feel good.
He boosted my car right away and was about to drive away when the car stopped running. We decided to tow it and I’m happy to report he was very gentle with the car. While I’m sad that ol’ Sally is off to get fixed, I like know that she is in good hands!
