We help busy people look and feel great in just 15 minutes once per week. Back pain, osteoporosis, extra weight, losing muscle, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, injuries — these are a few of the conditions that are alleviated through concentrated strength training.

We are a high intensity strength training studio using a protocol of slow motion weight lifting that deeply and quickly fatigues your muscles. Hence the short workout which gets it checked off the list even in the busiest of schedules. The results? More strength, muscle, energy, less body fat, better sleep and a host of other health benefits.

Our personal fitness trainers are super friendly and supportive while pushing you to get the results you want. It does not need to take long when you are well coached by professional, caring instructors.

History

Established in 2013.

This exercise system came out of Osteoporosis research from the early 80’s at University of Florida. Clinical trials were run with menopausal women who had osteoporosis to see how they could regain lost bone density, mobility and muscle mass through exercise.

These women were too frail to use regular weight lifting so they slowed down to almost slow motion.

The slow motion was safer — it eliminated injuries and also the women gained muscle mass far faster than conventional methods.

It was discovered that a far lower volume and frequency of exercise and a greater intensity produced the greatest increase in bone density, muscle mass, fat loss, cardio vascular benefits, etc. And that this was not just the case in post menopausal women, in subsequent studies, everyone from high level athletes to couch potatoes experienced the same results.
