Terrible. Called to book the bin was told it would be there for 5 days and I didn’t need to call to have it picked up. After 6 days I had to call to have the bin picked up and was told they didn’t know it was ready… But they tolde 5 days… They picked it up that day and I thought nothing more of it. When booking they require a visa number which I have with the idea after the bin was removed they would charge the card. About 2 weeks later I get a text saying I owe 371 and can call in a credit card or send an e money transfer(no thanks). I requested an invoice be forwarded and I would pay it… Nothing happened… Fast forward 3 weeks and my phone starts ringing off the hook on a Friday for payment. I still had no invoice and was out of the country. I again requested invoice… After 24 hrs the texts got threatening… They were taking me to collections for a bill I still didn’t have an invoice for. I requested an invoice again… Was told I would have it the next day. It was emailed 3 days later. Terribly disorganized and no one seems to know what’s going on
