Shitty customer service at it’s max! If you want your customers to return hangers after trying on clothes, just gently remind them to do so before you let them get in the fitting room. Don’t start screaming in front of other customers for not bringing and making customers return to get hangers! Are you fucking kidding me? Any idea how much I spend every week in this store? Don’t expect any more of my hard earned money, winners! Stop hiring Rude south Asian ladies — ill mannered and stupid period. Learn some basics of customer service.

This location is for the most part pretty tidy and things are where they are supposed to be. I guess because it’s smaller than Metrotown it’s not such a mess. I like to browse through the home décor stuff on my lunch breaks since it’s super close by(inside Madison Centre). If you’re driving you can park downstairs free parking designated for Joeys, Save on Foods, and other retailers inside the centre. The baby stuff is probably the worst kept dept, things are not in the packaging, items are not hung up by their designated signs. The make up section is pretty scattered and unorganized too. There is usually 2 cashiers working so if there’s a line it’s a bit of a wait.

Rating’s mostly due to its parking, what a terrible parkage design, there’s so many turns and some tight corners by the time you arrive. And you still have to walk a few flights of stairs or wait for the elevator! Once there, it’s like any other location, though i do find it’s not as messy as the Lansdowne or Metrotown ones. Conveniently located inside a mini-mall, with Save on foods and either Joey’s or Brown’s or the Shark Club, seems to change all the time lol.

Don’t expect customer service, an organized place or competitive prices on most things… any or all of the above would be a luxury. Personally I prefer the Metrotown location over this, however, here has a good selection of gourmet food items that I don’t see at other locations… if you have the patience to go through the disorganization. Customer service is friendly enough, however, they don’t go out of their way.

I am a huge Winners fan. I love getting a deal, and have had great success in finding some fun and trendy name brand pieces at this location. They seem to get regular stock, and put items on clearance consistently. They recently renovated this location to be consistent with newer locations. The set up makes for a much better experience, having 1 large lineup at checkout. The store seems better organized, and easier to shop now.(not that I needed much help to shop). The store has clothing, shoes for men, women, and children. Jewelry, home décor and kitchen, bath and beauty, along with luggage and accessories. I usually stop into Winners on my way to Save on Foods. My husband now knows if I am not back from grocery shopping soon, i got caught up at Winners, and not to worry. :)

This is the only thing Madison Centre has going for it, –Winners. Other than that, there really isn’t much shopping. There’s a section for men, women, kids and housewares. Most items are rejects from brand name stores, but if you search hard enough, you can find some great deals.

I love to shopping in Winners because I find their price is low and fair, the shopping experience is like Jenni O say«treasure hunt». Yes it is treasure hunt because I do find a few things I love is very low price in this location, but you have to be patience to look through the mess. I do see them try to organize the item before the weekend every week. But by the time if you shop late or after weekend, the shoes, toys and home deco department like a war zone. But I do find the thing I love in this location, that is the fun thing I like(may be just me).

So I love winners. Like to the point wwhere I spend hours in this store over and over again. I however was über disappointed with the store ‘manager’ at this location. she was extremeley rude and made no attempt to assist. she actually walked away from me when I was talking. My jaw hit the floor. Maybe when they get a real manager in there and realize what customer service is I will go back, till then north van it is

A typical fan of Winners I have found myself at this location on a number of occassions and have had a few good wanders. Winners by design is not the easiest store to shop; their concept of the«treasure hunt» makes patient hunting a requirement, which is something I usually lack the attention span to do. The great thing about this location is it is a large store and they do just have a lot of merchandise, however if you are there in the evening [after other shoppers have done their number] it becomes very hard to look through racks as clothes are all slung over them. Typically when going to Winners I find something I like, but I have never actually found anything in this store. My suggestion — when going to this store make sure you are on a slow day where you can concentrate for long amounts of time and do not reliably need to find anything.

What a dump… has anyone that works here ever heard the term«snap back»?? In retail that means recovery. as in to recover the mess on the sales floor… clearly not a top priority for the Winners Granville team… I get it… they are busy and have super high traffic with people that really don’t care about keeping it neat. but you get more flies with honey right? If it was just a bit more organized and tidy I may not feel so overwhelmed when I go there and may want to actually stop and look around. and buy something… I can’t seem to focus enough to want to find that item I want. I don’t like the hunt in the mess… I just need a little organization. call me crazy…
