Fantastic service center with friendly, knowledgeable staff and techs. Everything you need to know is explained clearly along with what they can do to help you (will vary from tool to tool obviously). You get a lot of information up front about the process which is important.
The quality work they put into the tools they repair surpasses other similar businesses in the area by far. They don’t cut corners and every repair is thoroughly tested before it leaves their facility. Definitely recommended.

Dealt with the service manager about getting a drill fixed on warranty. He was unhelpful, told me that it was out of warranty when it wasn’t, and initially told me there was nothing they would do until I pushed the issue. From there things turned pretty unprofessional as he just tried to talk over me and not listen to what I had to say. When I said I’d try Milwaukee directly because this wasn’t going anywhere, he threatened to give them my phone number and complain about me?!
Talked to Milwaukee directly and they were very helpful and put me on to a different service centre. If my experience was the norm, Avoid these guys.
