As a Vancouver Area Realtor, I’ve been working with Urban Presentations since 2008, when I began exploring the possibility of outsourcing my staging services, which I had previously maintained in house. I’ve watched this company grow from its infancy and since 2011, I’ve seen them really take things to the next level, entrenching themselves as a major presence in the local real estate market. Yet somehow, they’ve managed to maintain a consistent standard of service throughout, with the charm and efficiency of a boutique company… the same one I remember… who clearly loves what they do and always puts the needs and concerns of their clients first.
Urban Presentations has the unnatural ability to welcome projects of any scale or nature, with a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach, from a complete staging of a totally vacant home to a complete de-​clutter of one bursting at the seams. Their versatility and commitment to doing whatever it takes to get the job done allows me to do my job with confidence. No matter what the condition of the home or the demeanor of the homeowner, I know that the job will get done well and efficiently and that the homeowner will be treated with the utmost respect, care, and dignity.
Although I trust them implicitly to take on a project and just run with it, as the «role-​up-​your-​sleeves» type of Realtor that I am, I occasionally find myself working alongside the Urban Presentations team as we get a listing ready for the market. This has given me the opportunity to really get to know the team and the way they operate. As individuals, each team member is fun and outgoing, energetic, and entirely self-​motivated. Collectively and individually, they have an exceptional eye for detail, possess a strong understanding of design and home staging principles, and have impeccable communication and customer service skills and standards.
As a team, it seems as thought there are absolutely no weak links. They communicate so well with one another that they seem to operate effortlessly as a unit, regardless of whether or not they are working individually or as a team at any given time. Their projects are always completed on time and on budget and to the very highest standards when it comes to staging, design and décor. I can always count on being amazed with how well they are able to transform challenging and particularly underwhelming spaces into functional and visually jaw-​dropping masterpieces. And this is consistently supported in the feedback I receive from buyers, who are constantly telling me during showings that they simply had to come and view the property because it looked so good in the pictures. From a Realtor’s perspective, there is no better validation that a staging company has done their job successfully. With Urban Presentations, I can count on this reaction every time.
