I have been dealing with this business for some time and must say that they are a great place to do business with.
I am renting one of their mail boxes and get all my parcels from FedEx delivered with no problem. Couldn’t do that with my Canada Post because they need a signature. Ups store 325 can do that for me. One of the best features is their shredding service. I just get all my old bank statements and other papers that may contain some private information, bundle it up and take it there.
It’s really reasonable and convenient. Didn’t have to buy a shredder.
Well, you should just give them a try if you live in the area. Other services like printing, copying etc. are also available.

I must say I’m taking a liking to these UPS stores. Great way to drop off packages.
Plenty of parking directly in front. I like how Burnaby doesn’t try to milk drivers, and actually encourage commerce with free parking on most streets.
The interior of the store looked really shiny and new. Can’t comment too much as I was in and out out in less than 20 seconds.

Dishonest business practice. I went in to make a photocopy of a receipt. She suggested a bigger size paper as the receipt just exceeded the length of A4 size. The placard on the wall says 15 cent per page. When I went to pay, she first wanted to charge me for a dollar. When I balked, she changed to 50cents. I didn’t want to argue, so I just dropped a couple quarters and walked out. Will not come back again.

This handy location is a great supplier of return address stamps and employee name tags. Of course I’m sure they have other things too. For the record, if you order a stamp they’ll charge you delivery from where they get it made to their location — ??? Not a fan of that $ 10 charge for something mail-​able for under $ 5
