This is a neat, little studio tucked away next to a dance studio, also tucked away next door to a Fitness World. Kind of like the best restaurants are the little hole-in-the-wall places with the best food. The Pilates Den is operated by a feisty, triathlete lady, Monika. She is trained to level 3 Pilates, which outclasses my humble Pilates Mat Level 1. Her studio has specialty equipment like the Pilates reformer and the Cadillac, along with the padded mats. There is nowhere to hide in a crowd, like some studios, so you are guaranteed to get the instruction(and results) that you came for. I had the privilege of one-to-one training as well as training with a local group of triathletes. While that workout caught my attention, I also noticed that my right hip(that I had injured in a motorcycle accident) stopped clicking and my lower back stiffness took a holiday. Note: Most of the parking is taken up by the Fitness World, so you are better off parking on the road near the White Spot.
