I used to go out of my way to come to this Starbucks — in a really weird location — because I lived the ambiance. It’s surprisingly big inside with lots of plugs, seating, and indoor/outdoor choices. Parking is tight, but there’s lots of options along the side streets. The only thing that I’ve always found a bit lacking here is the service. Not bad, just, I like to at least make eye contact and smile with my barista. Occasionally crack a joke or have a quick chat. While other Starbucks make time for this, even if it’s super busy with a long lineup, this one I’m lucky if I get more than a brief, no nonsense conversion. Even when it’s dead, and I’m the only person there, as was the case a couple of nights ago. It reminds me a bit of Starbucks in Ireland where it was all business, no smiles or conversation.

One of the few Starbucks in the immediate vicinity. Normally they’re everywhere. Not here. Parking is available in a small lot(10 or so spaces) in front of the entrance, which is quite insufficient. Fortunately one can park on the side streets. The interior has high ceilings, and is rather long. The counter is way at the far end. What I really like about this particular location is the murals on the wall that talk about the different coffee growing regions. Very neat to look at. Special mention. What I didn’t like about this location — maybe it was a bad day, but there were several flies buzzing around. My friend and I had to swat them regularly. Gross. They really need to install some fly paper or something.

I always thought this Starbucks was situated in a strange/weird location. The parking lot looked small and there would always be traffic jam on Boundary rd. I happened to stop by one time to quickly grab a drink. To my surprise, the store looked amazing from the inside(you never know until you walk in). Staffs were friendly and fantastic! Their customer service was on top. I was pleased how they initiated the conversation first. asking how I was doing, etc. Not many Starbucks workers from other locations would want to get to know you. My drink tasted great as well! I would definitely come back again especially during non-traffic hours.

This is my favorite starbucks location. I have always had really friendly service. My drinks have always been spot on. The food isn’t what it use to be but that’s what happens in big companies I guess. My rating is based on service and drinks. If you need a custom drink I’d recommend trying here. They’ve changed the parking a bit so no more tickets for parking below! Yay!

Great store very convenient location. The thing I loved about it is the space they have. Easily sit 25 people plus outside padio.

Nice, clean Starbucks location. They let the line get a bit too long in the morning sometimes though. The biggest negative for this location is that there is almost zero parking. It is really hard to get in and out of here on your way to work.

In my humble opinion, this is seriously as good as it gets for a Starbucks. Sure, the location is a little wonky and heaven forbid you park a bit further and WALK over… But the layout inside is perfect — I have never been caught in a weird cramped line or backlog to pick up my drink. The staff is neat/clean/put together looking(something that cannot be said for all sbux employees) and they are efficient at their tasks. The floors are always spotless and the milk/napkins are never empty. Décor is modern and really has a «north west» kind of feel as they have many wooden pieces of furniture. Maybe I am lucky, but my drinks have always been spot on an delicious. One time they even scrapped it mid-creation because the barista thought it «wasn’t good enough». Maybe that was code for«I made a mistake», but hey, if my drink is right I am happy. Not to mention I got a free drink coupon because I waited like 2 minutes longer than normal. Great service. My fav starbucks by FAR

Not a bad pit stop to make if you’re getting impatient during rush hour, it’s a busy area as everyone’s getting onto the highway. Nice, newer store. And for a neighbourhood Starbucks, not too shabby closing hours at 10pm.

It’s a weird location ’cause it’s on the side of a building on a hill, therefore, you have to walk up stairs to get into this Starbucks. The shop is long and narrow. Weirdly for a location that has nothing surrounding it, it was busy. Maybe it just gave the illusion that it was busy ’cause the store was so thin and narrow. The lady at the til was super nice and friendly, clearly she has been drinking the product. My vanilla earl grey tea latte was the worst prepared latte ever. I’ve had this beverage before, however, for some reason it tasted like soap. Horrible. I grabbed some honey but all the packs were sticky. I gave a new meaning to sticky fingers.

Consistently great service and coffee is what you’ll find at Starbucks. The staff always offers to help me when I have my hands full with my baby and the location of this Starbucks is convenient. The only downside is the small parking lot, they’re always full.

Asides from parking, I really enjoy this starbucks. There is a lot of space for people to study and most of these seats are very close to computer plugs which is a huge plus!

A fairly new Starbucks in the area. This starbucks is so convient as it is right on Boundary! This one should be busy like crazy, but instead, no ones wants to go there because there is NOPARKING… That is just redundant. Great location for passing cars to grab Starbucks, no parking… Not enough parking for the customers who just want to get an order out. Most of the parking is taken by the Pharmacy, when barely anyone are going there… Makes no sense… The place is clean and the staff is nice. The foam was not made very well. I can tell it was made by a trainee barista. The weight was proper, and the taste was perfect. Just didn’t like how the foam was made. The place is sparkling clean and I love that large wooden table in the place! It really reminded me of LA’s Starbucks! If you read my previous reviews. Love the décor way too much. If I were to study here, I want to do that FOREVER and LIVEHERE… O. O I can sleep on the two couches if I smack them together! O. O Pretty happy about the place overall. Great location, just no parking and trainee doesn’t know how to make proper foam, she’s still learning: P

Love the extra room, giant table that seats 15 and the loads of comfy chairs. The baristas are mostly friendly, and very efficient. Great new location!
