Pizza is 4 stars, but the wings and customer service brings the rating down. 4 of the wings were so small, that they were literally skin and bone. I called them and when I addressed how disappointed I was with some of the sizes, they asked me to count how many small ones I had because they would only replace the small wings. Another time I stopped to eat a few slices out of the pie I just bought on my way out, and took a seat at a vacant seat by the door. A man then came and asked me to leave as they are for carryout guests only. I expressed I felt that was unfair after spending over $ 30 and there being only 2 occupied tables in the whole restaurant. He then said I could stay for another slice, and proceeded to watch me as I ate. Not exactly the overwhelming customer service that makes one stay, however there cheese bread and spicy Hawaiian are both great.

I’ve never dined in, but I order pizza from delivery here. It is really yummy, always on time, and the people you talk with on the phone and who bring it to your door are super nice. The pesto is great! Toppings are in good quantity. YUM!

Their pizzas are usually very good but their delivery times can be atrocious. Since waiting 80 minutes one night, we always ask how long it will be.

So, on their website, under the heading«Contact Us» they have the following message: «We can be reached by phone @ 604−298−5711 or e-mail @ « So, I thought, I’m new to the area, let’s email them and see if they deliver this far out and what one large pizza will cost, delivered. All I can tell you is that«Judith» is rude. Based solely on the email she sent me I’ll never order from there. Seems perfectly in line with many other reviews here so I’m not sure why I am surprised. I don’t support rude and ignorant people. If you don’t like people, don’t work in a service industry.

This might be a pre mature review as I have yet to taste the pie but after waiting for an hour and a half I’m not happy! Delivery pizza should not take this long! Me so hungy! The pizza did finally arrive! I’m still deciding if it was worth the wait. The flavors were great, but the pizza was cold so that was pretty disappointing.

Pizza the way pizza should taste. Not greasy, not dry. Not doughy, or crispy and burnt. Perfect topping ratio. Fair prices. Very friendly and casual. Restaurant is not pretty to look at. Delivery is the way to go.

Best pizza in Vancouver hands down, I even got to met the owner Stan who was very accommodating.

This pizza is amazing, we frequent Stan’s regularly as well as order takeout. One time the takeout arrived without the Garlic Parmesan sauce(to die for) that I ordered. When I called to inform them there was a knock on my door 20 minutes later with Stan himself delivering. A very standup establishment I’m happy to support.

Waited an hour and half for delivery. The Aloha Special is very Hawaiian indeed, did they put the pizza in a volcano? The toppings are burrrrrrned as HELL. I’m not really a picky eater, especially when it comes to pizza. But this pizza made me so mad that I created an account just to warn people to think twice before ordering from them.

Came in for some carry out. It look less than 10 minutes and the staff was incredibly friendly and super sweet. I watched them prepare a few pizzas and they pile all the ingredients right on there. They most def do NOT skimp out! They also have great drink specials throughout the week. I will go back again even though I live kinda far from here. A legit good pizza place is hard to come by.

It took an hour and forty five mins for our pizza to arrive on a Friday. When it got there it wasn’t anything special, pretty average pie. They should get more staff to keep up with demand.

Pros: Lots of toppings and thick dough. Can fill you up. Sauce is ok and plenty of cheese. Crust is ok at the edges. Cheap beer. Service is generally friendly, either in-house or pick up. Small restaurant, so likely to be quiet. Cons: Pizza is greasy, will leave your gut gurgling. especially the«meat pizzas» Meats are underneath the cheese, Dough is often soggy in the middle. Ingredients are basic. Obviously cheap things out of boxes. Price-wise, some things are quite high. Wings, and Pasta for example Sort of a Dive bar. Not exactly a great atmosphere. Bunch of old drunk guys at the bar(regulars?) Dark interior. Everything Black and with some red, uninspiring lighting and layout. Conclusion: Decent for delivery/pick-up in a pinch, or for a group of guys watching the game. Not likely to return.

These guys make great food and have always had good service. Definitely our favorite place in the PNE area for pizza delivery.

Decided to try this joint based on the reviews here. Ordered 2 medium’s to take out(1 vegetarian and 1 pepperoni /shrooms) for $ 26.00. Ingredients: very sparing and not enough. I hope they didn’t hear our request for extra cheese. Crust: a bit too doughy. Taste: average. Didn’t taste bad, but no different than a domino’s or pizza hut. Service: they turned around my order in 20 mins(ordered at 6pm) which was great. But waited 8 mins to pick up as they were busy at the time. During the wait, none of the waitress will ask you if you need anything or are here to pick up. This might be policy where only the guy in the pick up window helps. even if he’s tied up. Price: thought the price is ok. Not cheap but not expensive. Repeat: probably not.

Ordered the 2 for 1 «gourmet speciality pizzas»: the«mad Greek» and«BBQ chicken». While the bbq chicken pizza was satisfactory, the mad Greek we found lacked in ground beef. Since found beef is plentiful and cheap, we were expecting a little more beef on our pizza. No other complaints. The pizza was otherwise excellent.

Great pizza for a great price! Iv had it many times, scince I live in the heights.(only delivery tho, its pricier if u sit inside) Its one of those places that will cater to you if your unhappy with the food or service. Iv complained a few times,(outta the countless times iv been there) once a lady was snappy on the phone, and today my pizza my bf brought home had the wrong sauce. BUT, if you just let the service help or manger know, they will do something about it to make up for it! As phone service has been better and with the pizza there just gunna deliver me another one! Give this place chance, even if u may have not had the best experience before. Its worth it!

We came here for pizza and wings, no daily pizza specials which is too bad as my fave local haunt has a daily pizza special. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for a 12 inch pizza and ten wings. That’s right, they don’t do the wings by the pound, they will count out 10 sad pathetic meatless chicken wings and make you wait a movie length time to serve them to you. We asked politely at an hour in if our food would be much longer and the waitress laughed and said if we wanted faster service we should have ordered delivery because that’s what they’re busy doing. I get they deliver too(so do a lot of places lady!) but if they gave us our pathetic wings on the table at half an hour or 45 minutes wait time we would’ve been happy. They should just close their restaurant and deliver if that’s their attitude and poor time management style. We weren’t asking for the world, just a teeny let me check or sorry I’ll see about it. Worst customer service! Guess how much I don’t care about your number one delivery stat you spat at me when I asked a reasonable question?!! Also, there a load of pizza places in these few blocks, walk to the next one!!!

Stan, Stan, he’s our man! I can’t speak for the actual joint itself, only our experiences placing orders for delivery. We were hardcore Saprinos pizza people. Sadly, over time, Sarpinos got worse and worse and then just absolutely terrible. It was devastating. Who in the Heights could we trust for our once a month, Friday night, pizza fun time? Who?! After a couple of pizza-free months, we decided, what the heck and gave Stan a call. Best. Call. Ever. Stan’s pizza is awesome! I love the chewy, sort of thick crust, smothered in tasty tomato sauce. I always go for the Aloha Special and the husband is a Meat Feast kind of guy. We have yet to be disappointed. We love whoever takes our order, right down to the guy who delivers to us. One day we will have to take a walk down to Stan’s Joint and check out the atmosphere, but for now, Stan is our go to pizza delivery man!

Best pizza ever! It really is. Okay wait, I should say that they are best REGULAR crust pizza ever! I should not be eating wheat, but this place is worth it. We’ve been twice in the past month: once with my girlfriend to meet her boyfriend and once with my husband because I was too lazy to cook. While I agree the service is lacking, as long as I get a pizza, I’m okay. The setup of their restaurant is weird. They have two dining areas separated by a dead space that is the underneath of a staircase leading up to the 2nd floor of the building. It’s confusing because both sides have a door, but only one opens. So many people don’t see the arrow pointing to the other door… When you walk in, you have to walk to the back to find the staff… they are usually in the kitchen or at the bar. There really isn’t a hostess station. So what… gimme my pizza. We had the Hawaiian the first time and then the Mad Greek the next. Both times they were loaded with toppings. The crust is really good. No need for dipping sauce here. They are usually pretty fast… they seem to be churning out a lot of pick up orders. There’s a real Stan. Our server(who also mans the phone and takes our order and brings us our pizza and our drinks… wooh, she does a lot) was saying he does the deliveries. If it was in my hood, I would probably get take out so I could drink this with a can of coke. They have fountain… and I think it’s pepsi.

I was excited to try Stan’s Pizza, but the overall experience has me skipping it next time. The pizza itself was fine. I don’t have any complaints, but it was a 3.5÷5. The service is what made me mark this place down. I called in an order for pick up to order two medium pizzas. First one was a pepperoni, Italian sausage and onions. Second one was mushroom and lots of cheese. Since I’ve never been in this restaurant before, I went up to the counter and stood there for a bit. The teenage boy was folding pizza boxes just looked and then ignored me. Maybe he was forced to work on a Friday night instead of being able to hang out with friends and therefore, grumpy. No big deal to me, I finally saw the pick up window on the other side and walked over. Paid for my pizza, tipped them and left. I get home and realized the second pizza had only cheese, no mushrooms. I called Stan’s Pizza and told them about this. I can hear the staff talking in the background. «Hey, one customer Amy, said you forgot the mushrooms on her pizza» «Well, she didn’t order any mushrooms!» She came back on the phone and promptly told me, mushrooms were never written down and I didn’t order it. My friend was sitting beside me while I put in the phone order the first time and he heard mushrooms being ordered as well. What happen to customers being right? Even if you are sure the customer didn’t order something(but I did, I have witnesses) you should still say«sorry.» There was no apology and no willingness to rectify it. Poor service and I guess they don’t need my business then. I wish I didn’t tip them either.
