Why did I ever stop shopping here?
I went in yesterday and realized I have seriously neglected this off my mall rounds for years and years… there must have been something wrong with my head.
I am on a kick to re-​style my entire wardrobe. I have decided I am way to old to shop in the Juniors stores which litter the mall… but dang it Lougheed is like across from where I live. What is a girl to do?
And then I walked into Smart Set yesterday and my life is changed.
I love that their target market is, well, people like me who love stylish basics and really good prices. What actually caught my eye, and made me walk in the store, was a lovely sheer sleeveless white top which came with a white cami to go with, merchandised quite well with a long black beaded neckless.
I am a sucker for good merchandising.
The best part, I checked the price tag and only $ 28. Swish!
Smart Set has a good offering of business casual attire, not as many suits as they had years ago, but no complaints anyway. I also found a lovely dress/​tunic (?), $ 38 — double swish. Their casual clothes aren’t as neat as their dressier or professional attire, but you can’t have it all can you?
