I do my toner refill here. It’s good sometimes if not busy it will take him 2 hours.
I am a regular here so I usually leave the toner overnight and come back the following day.
He would sometimes switch the one you provide him with one that he has already refilled if you are in a hurry.
I recommend that you keep your own cartridge that you give him. I made the mistake of making a switch out and got someone else’s bad toner.
Just tell him to refill the ones you bring him.
