Came here for a oil change, quick in and out. The guys who did it were fast however the guy who works at the front was a bit off putting. I asked where he could recommend a place for «body work» near by and he was quite reluctant in telling me and kept saying to google and search online to see if certain shops did body work. This is fine however recommendations are always best I find within the industry (its like he didn’t’ want others to get business as North Road Auto Repair doesn’t do body work). As a business owner my self if a client wanted a recommendation for a service we did not offer I would definitely have a list in my computer/​phone book of one that I could potentially recommend for moments like these. I asked him for recommendations in Burnaby Area or even Coquitlam and nothing. That would be the only down fall (going above and beyond)

Brought my car in just as the shop closed, it wouldn’t start. Even though they were so busy they managed to get it done before noon the next day. Great service, clean shop and they aren’t there to rip you off. This is my new shop.

These guys were honest and affordable. I called a few hours ahead, to ask for some advice on buying a used car in the neighbourhood. They took the time to give me some advice and seemed very honest. I then went there to get the potential car inspected and they gave me an incredible deal on it. After they were done, they took me apart and explained everything to me; what was wrong with it and the potential cost attached to it (I’m a female who doesn’t really know anything about cars). Another guy then helped me calculate a maximum offer that I should make on the car. They really, really took their time and were incredibly nice and helpful.
Would definitely go there again if I need any kind of service in New West.
