We were a little apprehensive about listing in a fall market — especially after our previous agent didn’t get our property sold during the spring.

We had planned open houses for the following weekend, but to accommodate the traffic from the listing he scheduled an early showing. By midweek we had multiple interested parties in the property. Nick’s engagement and persistence with the other agents had the property sold by the end of the first week. Not only did we get more than we expected — a record for the similar units in the building — his speed and execution was remarkable and a huge factor in getting a deal closed.
