This store is a few steps inside a mall door that is attached to my office building in Burnaby — dangerous! I first visited in January and they had a ton of their winter gear marked down. As I am a fan of their down tops and lined winter pants, I found some ridiculously good deals on both. Prices are the same as they are in the US, even clearance, but the exchange rate works out in my favor from the US. Now that it’s March, they have very little winter gear left(already shipped to outlets, is what they said) and spring/summer merchandise is out in full swing, which makes sense. Pay no mind to the annual spring blizzard happening in Denver today… These warm weather and yoga items don’t tempt me as much, so I will wait until the next seasonal change and see what I can score on markdown. The employees here are super helpful and friendly but not obtrusive, both on the floor and in the dressing rooms. Two people helped me overanalyze the differences between three very similar pairs of men’s technical pants so I could help my husband pick out a pair remotely. It’s nice to have that kind of assistance when springing for $ 100+ pants. They also offer free hemming like most lulu stores, which is necessary on a lot of their super long pants. Plus, his purchase came in a solid black lulu tote which is more(re)usable for him compared to the flashier logo emblazoned US versions. If you’re interested in limited edition, Vancouver only and Canada only items, this is a good store to check out. I resisted lulu for a long time but have to admit now that they make some unique items with great features and a good fit for my body that I haven’t found elsewhere(this does not pertain to $ 100+ leggings and $ 60+ tanks though, for me, YMMV). They make some really nice, well-constructed bags too, one of which I use as a weekend travel and work tote since it has a laptop sleeve and a separate inner drawstring shoe bag(that I use for laundry) as well as straps that can be pulled out to hold a yoga mat(or can remain completely invisible). It’s made out of a super durable non-lame water resistant material that is claimed to hold 50 lbs and you’d never know it was a lululemon bag. They make a neat small over-the-shoulder purse that somehow holds a huge amount of stuff, includes numerous zippered and secret compartments and even converts to a fannypack, which I will be testing out this summer on my bike and at festivals!

I have to agree with one Unilocaler. This store have this bada$$ comfy chairs. I came here after a 90 minute bikram class. Bikram yogi you know what that means. I know what I’m getting and so it should be a short visit. Grabbed my yoga practise towel from the shelf, line-up and paid for my item. On my way out, one of the chair is empty. It helps that the person on the other chair is good looking haha. Anyway the chair is so inviting and so I sat on it. Omg! 5EDM after I still find myself sitting on the chair. Where did they get this chair? I want one! By the way the staff here are friendly. Store is clean and just any other Lululemon, staff know what they’re selling and where exactly you can find them. Love the chair… err… love the store! =)

Purchased a backpack on Tuesday with the help of a sincerely nice and helpful employee. The backpack was perfect and what i hoped to use for school and the gym, but couldn’t get enough supplies to fit. So I took it back two days later. This is when problems started to happen. I was greeted by the cashier, which upon hearing I wanted to return an item, became extremely rude and condescending. She explained how the company policy is extremely strict, and she was doing me a favor of allowing me to return the item — not what the original employee told me about the return policy(said to bring it back in with tags if I don’t like it). I ended up bringing out a different receipt(from Staples) to which she threw it back at me and said«nuh uh, this ain’t Staples». I was completely blown away by this sales associate, and the complete lack of respect for customers that are returning an item. Instead of being being sincere, understanding, and perhaps offering me suggestions for backpacks that were better fitted to my needs, this sales associate offered the opposite. Unfortunately, her employment speaks to the generality of Lululemon as a brand, and I won’t be continuing to shop at this or any other Lululemon store in the future.

I love Lululemon — the style, the fabric, the feel of it on. It is so comfortable and everything always fits to a tee. I usually shop at Oakridge or online — free shipping! The service is always great — they find workers who love the brand and love their job. I purchased an item at another store and then checked both online and Metrotown and the price was completely different, as in $ 70 different. The store advised that they were not able to do anything because every store has different prices when marked down. If a store sells it quicker, they are able to lower the price more. I find that policy ridiculous and hard to accept. Luckily, when I called Metrotown, the manager agreed to complete a return and re-purchase the item at the marked down price. I don’t understand why a sale price would not be universal throughout the whole company. If I did not happen to see the item at the price difference, I would have never known I could have saved $ 70! Double check before purchasing! I still shop there since both hubby and I have loads of Lululemon items and they are really durable, but now I know of the policy, I don’t shop there as much.

This may very well be the only one amongst the Kits, DT, and Oakridge stores, where they’ve got 2 bad-a$$ comffy chairs right at the front entrance lol. Also a great corner location inside the mall too. Came here to get my Ascent model pants hemmed for free of course, despite buying at the Burlington outlet a few nights ago but hey, it’s allowed ;) ready in a few days, and the girl was super helpful, even asked if I wanted this to be shipped to any store of my choice. Nah, stuck w/Metrotown, gives me another excuse to visit the best mall of the GVRD, in terms of selection and action. Good size location, not as big as the DT but bigger than Oakridge’s, at least in terms of the men’s section.

Was in town the beginning of June to visit family in Vancouver. My mission was to find at least one Lululemon store to see if they sold different merchandise versus the store I go to near Chicago and versus the ones I had shopped in Southern California. Low and behold, I purchased three new running skirts(ones that I hadn’t seen in the US) with different colors and patterns! Two of them were on sale(bonus!!) and one was full-price. I am excited to add them to my growing collection! FYI-The staff is great here too! Everyone was very friendly and not pretentious!

Great lululemon store but nothing more special than other lululemon stores… friendly customer service and i would have given this place 4.5* since there was a TRES helpful filipino guy happily trying on the clothes, showing the styles, explaining everything, and running to the back to check on stock… it dropped to a 3 though because of the snotty brunette working behind the cash being stingy with the bags… «one bag per customer even if you’ve spent $ 400~/ bought more than one item here» dafuq?

This is an «evil» place that likes to take my money and my plastic… 5 stars but would knock 1 off because it is quite pricey… Their sportswear are ultra comfortable and trendy not only for my vinyasa classes but also casually on a Sunday afternoon. I like the fact that the tank tops are longer and sports bras actually have padding(more skin is not better…) Pranayama Bra is absolutely amazing and they always have cute colors and styles coming out… check out their blog to get some inspiration for running and music playlists… btw shopping online is another evil art… if your size runs out online, do try the local stores, some may still have a few on the floor. =)

A good friend and I went to Lululemon the other day to try on some yoga gear. Oh, the beautiful colors and styles as we walked through the store. I tried on a few tops and each one fit better than the next. The staff were really friendly even though I didn’t buy anything. But my friend actually surprised me the next day by buying me one of the tops! She’s so sweet! Trying on the top again, I felt amazing. It hugs in all the right places and provides good support while the fabric is super breathable. I’m so hooked! I know I will be back for another top in the future.

My name is Martina and I am a Lululemon addict. I’ve acquired a large collection over the years. Their workout gear is a bit expensive, but it’s fantastic for the gym, yoga, going for a run, whatever you’re doing. I’ve never had any problems in terms of quality, so you definitely get what you pay for. This location is great because it’s really spacious and has a ton of stock. The change rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be standard for all Lululemon stores. The staff are really helpful in this location, and can recommend items to suit your workout needs. If you’ve been curious about Lululemon, check it out. You won’t regret it!

Oh my just mention the word LuLulemon and I start to salivate. Yes, I am hooked. I have about 6 pairs of their speciality yoga pants and no I do not do yoga. Truthfully I only like how they make my tush look and yes they are miracle workers. For the longest time I wondered why everyone was wearing them and it is for 1 reason only, the tush miracle worker. Yes, they are very expensive 100 bucks a pair on a good day… sometimes 126 $ They are excellent quality and the store, especially the Metrotown location is awesome; so is the Oakridge location. I think I am revealing a little too much info here about my shopping habits but you can definitely count me in as one of their biggest fans. For sure!
