Usually I’m very detailed with my reviews, good or bad, but of all the things I could say about this location, I really only need to say one:
The girl got off her phone to grab a sandwich from the display with her bare hands and placed it on the grill, checked her phone again. And THEN she decided to take my order.

Do youtself a favour and go to the different location. There is no customer service whatsoever, they’re constantly understaffed and they don’t even follow the recipes. Some equipment has broken down numerous times and they couldn’t make certain juices. Too bad I like fresh juice.
You have Starbucks right next to you. Go there, observe and learn something. Management including.

Terrible customer service.
In the last two weeks I have stopped by for lunch twice. Each time I was met by multiple workers on their iPhones/​cells texting, etc. Both times I had to wait for them to notice me standing there.
There were veggies strewn about the counter top as the ‘workers’ drank smoothies, talked about boys, mixed up their own salads in commercial measuring bins, etc.
Too bad, the old owners actually cared.
Additionally, I am assuming a 4th worker walked in behind the counter, did not wash their hands and proceeded to make a wheatgrass shot.
