Our original team of three has grown into an international firm of professionals working from three offices: Seattle, WA, Burnaby, BC, Calgary, AB.

Business Owner

Joel Schwartz, P. Eng, FEC, BEP, has over 18 years of consulting experience directly in building science in western Canada, and provides senior-​level building envelope consulting services. He has extensive knowledge of many types of building envelope assemblies and considerable experience in the investigation, design and repair of building envelopes. Mr. Schwartz combines a thorough knowledge of building science with a practical understanding of clients’ needs and the construction process to implement cost-​effective solutions.
