Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. The store was about to close and the gentleman behind the counter refused to give a slice of pizza to a woman who was clearly in need of some food, even though they had started to throw it out. He explained that«All of the pizza is sent back to the warehouse if it isn’t eaten». Thanks for blatantly lying to your customers. Absolutely DISGUSTED.

I have never witnessed such terrible customer service before in my life. While sitting eating a so so slice of pizza, a customer asked where the washroom was, the guy rudely told him to go use save on’s, the customer said he would never be back here again, that’s when the rude little man behind the counter started swearing at the customer dropping the«F» bomb at least three times yelling get the«F «out of here«F» you and«F» off. I was shocked never have I witnessed customer service like this before. I don’t think the customer with 2 young children was very happy with the moronic staff member either? If this idiot is the owner I shame on him. If it’s a staff member then he should be fired. Fresh slice with a lot of fresh language. I won’t be stopping in again.

Some terrible pizza right here. Don’t think they’re good because they have great marketing, they fail at the pizza. Look other places if you’re wanting a good pizza. It’s a big chain but that’s all that it is. Once people realize their pizza is terrible, they’ll be closing their doors. I hope they improve. Props on the marketing.

I am a pizza lover, and this pizza did not disappoint. The only way it could have been better was if there was more toppings, but the price was right. Less than six bucks for three pieces of pizza and a pop. I had a cheese and herb pizza and pepperoni, both tasted great.

I visited this shop today and ordered a slice of pizza and a cup of tap water. Cashier said the cup will cost $ 0.50! I told her that’s a crazy price for one paper cup and asked her if all FreshSlice shops charge that. I know megabite pizza, subway, romano’s pizza, uncle fatih’s DOESNOT so I guess they have the better service… Oh well, Fresh Slice’s pizza doesn’t taste that great anyway-was only there because I was starving. 3stars for ok tasting pizza + 1star for poor service = 2stars

The pizza is so so, you get what you pay for. However twice we tried to order half cheese, half ham/pineapple and both times the clerk had no clue how to do this. Best to order a pizza without anything fancy. They seem to get confused very easily.

Fresh slice pizza is very refreshing! You should not have to pay and arm and a leg for a decent pizza. If you are ok with picking pizza from the warmers you can get 8 slices of pizza for $ 12 which is a large pizza. I think it is a little more money if you want to order a pizza to order but it is still cheaper than anywhere else you can order pizza from for sure! They also do other foods including cheesy bread, cinnamon sticks, crazy baguettes and wings to name a few things. The pizza is very tasty and there is always a great selection of pizza to pick from. They also claim to have one of the most healthy pizzas out there.

Freshslice Pizza changed the recipe for their crust and it taste like multigrain dinner roll bread. Their new multigrain crust should be healthier, but it doesn’t taste any good at all. The stuff taste just like McDonald’s Pizza when it first came out! The crust was also very limp and soggy. There was barely any cheese for my two extra large pizzas and the toppings were super thin and they didn’t taste fresh. During pickup, I was overcharged twice. I had to correct the cashier who didn’t even look at my coupon when I said, «I’m using a coupon». After looking at my coupon, she assumed that $ 11.99 is $ 14.99. You can get much better tasting pizza in the frozen isle in your local supermarket. Their pizzas are all 1 dollar on Tuedays. It isn’t even worth it even they charge 50 cents a slice.

We came here to get pizza for a gathering at a friend’s place. I had never heard of this place before, but our friend assured us that it was cheap and good. We ordered two large pizzas, and we were able to mix and match different slices to customize what kind of large pizzas we wanted. The employee asked us to wait a few minutes while some new pizzas finished cooking, so we were able to get fresh slices of pizza(and more options for toppings!). The final total was ~$ 24 for both pizzas, which was cheaper than a lot of pizza places. In terms of the pizza itself, it was really good and not too greasy. The pizza had a lot of toppings, and the crust was whole wheat. I don’t think anyone goes to a pizza place because it’s healthy for you, but it’s great that this place offers healthier pizza slices. I’d definitely buy pizza from here again.
