Fountain Tire

Great experience. Went to get a flat tire fixed. they gave me a great deal that they didn’t advertise :-) Nice, friendly guys.

So I got a flat tire… And the reality was. I really had no idea what to do. I normally go to Costco to buy tires but Costco is usually pretty busy and I really wanted my tires fixed ASAP.
I ended up at this Fountain Tire because it’s literally just blocks from where I live. I was impressed that it was super clean and everyone was very friendly. Getting your tires fixed is first come first serve so I was lucky to be there fairly early and they took me in right away.
Unfortunately, I was told i had a slit in my tire that couldn’t be repaired (which seemed to be in line with what my girlfriend told me when she changed my tire for me! lol). So rather than just repair the one, I ended up buying 4 new tires. Should say that I was advised that I should change the back 2 tires. The front 2 were at %20 but would probably need to be changed in about 6 months. But seeing as how the winter season was coming, I really wanted to change it all to feel secure.
They gave me a couple of options. Also advising me that they could order in cheaper tires that would be ready for 1300. That’s not bad! I was given choices! Actually, I think they told me there was a way to just replace the one tire but it wouldn’t be a very good one (would be the same stock tire already on the car).
Fountain Tire also gives out Air Miles. I wasn’t aware of this so I didn’t have my card with me. But they were so nice and said I could just call in with the card number and they would add it on for me.
Yes it really sucks that I had to buy new tires! But Fountain Tires made the experience just a little less painful. :)

I recently had my car towed and they punctured one of my tires. Bastards! What do I do now? Lucky they are run-​flat tires so I could still drive for a while on them. The con is that run-​flats are NOT cheap can can cost $ 250-​$ 350 to replace.
I dropped off my car to Fountain Tire and went grocery shopping. They called me back after a few minutes and told me some great news. The puncture was fixable so I didn’t need to replace a whole tire. They ended up fixing the tire for around $ 75 and I picked up my car within 1 ½ hours. Very pleased with their efficiency and service!

I will start by saying that I have not and will not go to a tire shop to have work done on my car beyond tire work so the review before mine does not come into play in my review.
I have now purchased two different sets of winter tires at this location. I first purchased a set of 4 tires for my old car and was very happy with their performance. They were amazing tires that gripped in the snow and ice amazingly. These were the brand that they recommended and they were not the most expensive (good sign). For my new car I went back to them as I had a good experience the last time. This time I already had two snow tires that came with my car so I needed to pick up two more (a lot of stores will not allow this as they will require you to buy 4 snow tires unless you have two of the exact same brand and model). There was no problem only getting two new ones and installing them on the front of the car. They also mounted and balanced my other tires for a very good price.
Like I said this is a great place to purchase tires or have your tires installed on your car. I would not recommend them do other work after reading other reviews.
