No stars nothing but scams and it was the worst experience I ever had in my life I thought it’s going to be cheaper then anywhere as they say from 4860 $ to 3800 $ .it was the flight tecket way cheaper on line with west jet site and the transportation shuttle and the train from montreal to Quebec city and the the tour was 3 to 5 time more expansive from 33 $ to 370 $ from 89 to 170 $ from 19.95 to 170 $ each person thank you flight center it was first and last experience I’ll never let any of my friends or family or coworkers or anyone to trust you in anyway ever thanks again for the best chocking experience I ever had with as the agent she send me the emails every time she replied to me shame on you flight center :((

WORST SERVICE ever! I informed the travel agent who assisted us that the reason why I am getting their service is because it is my first time travelling to Disneyworld with my family. Gor assisted us with all the bookings and reservations we need for our travel however provided a very poor customer service as he was not really listening to all the things that we are considering for our vacation. The next day after our reservation, he messed up with all the information that he provided me. wrong confirmation number. he created our own disney online account (the reason is we can’t link our tickets at first as he gave us the wrong confirmation number that’s why he figured it out by himself and made our disney account online and he didn’t give us the correct ticket#s) and made himself as the main member who can control all the fastpass+ and dining reservations and he doesn’t know how to fix it when i asked him why can’t I modify my reservations on my disney account. Because of that, I ended up calling Disney to have them fix the error and the agent confirmed the errors done by the travel agent and i was told that it should be the travel agent’s job to call them and fix everything coz he’s paid to do it!
Next is he never give us the necessary info like calling Discovery Cove for us to have a reserved spot on the day that we want to go there, correct confirmation numbers on our Disney hotel reservation. he only gave us 1 confirmation # and there should be 2. Over all is a horrible customer service for the fact that we paid Flight Center a very big amount for doing our reservation.
I am not going to this Flight Center again! Gor is the worst and most lazy travel agent i dealt with so far!!!

First experience using flight centre. The agent was friendly via email and we booked a time for us to come in.
Waited 45 minutes for him to finish with another customer. I will NOT be back to this location/​will re-​think about further travel plans made — likely not through flight centre.
There’s no point in having an appointment if you don’t keep up your end. Total waste of our time as we left work early to come and do nothing.
Also, this flight centre is small and cramped with limited space… No wonder people book through the comfort of their own homes these days rather than this place.

I came here last year to get some quotes as my best friend and I were planning a Spain trip. My only issue with this place is that for starters they were looking in the same data base as you would on-​line only paying an agency fee. Secondly the agent wasn’t really listening to what our criteria and boundaries were. I politely sat through the consultation, however, realized that 50 hours total investment on our part was more worth while in planning our Spain trip than a back and forth with an agent who had more questions for us than solutions.

If you want good consistent customer service don’t come here!
For a company that’s based on customer service I’m shocked. My partner and I were planning a trip to Cuba assisted by Haytham Dawood who was excellent at his job. I rang the night before we were going to pay with the credit card and Heather Creagh responded and gave me incorrect information.
Thus I went in the next day tried paying and was refused.
I then sent a complaint to those involved where Heather responded
” I am happy to pass over your email to myself and Thanhs manager. That being said he will out of the office on holidays until the first week of November so he will not be able to respond until that point.“
and its Feb now, no response from either Heather or Thanhs.
Morale of the story don’t go here, you get bad customer service. They aren’t trained properly for when there are issues once they take your money they ignore you even if there are issues.
Your better off going somewhere else and pay extra then come here.

I booked my most recent flight to Montréal at this Flight Centre location. I usually just book my tickets online but I figured I would try this hoping to get a better deal.
It was easy to find in the mall and the lady that helped me was very friendly and did her best to find me the cheapest flight available. For some reason they would only take cash if I had the exact amount (and I did) which was kind of weird.
The only downside was that if I had of just booked the flight on the WestJet website myself it would have been a little bit cheaper because of the travel agent’s fee.
