Never. Never never never never never would I recommend that even my worst enemy use this company.
My husband (Timothy D) wrote a review while we were waiting for my belongings, and now many months later, now that I have decided not to take legal action, I feel like I can write my own review.
Up until these guys had my stuff in their possession, this company was pretty good. Super cheap quote of $ 850 to move 500 lbs of stuff from Sacramento, California to Edmonton, Alberta. Too good to be true. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
Not only would Donna (the devil) never answer or return our calls, but on the off-​chance we did reach her she would scream at us. Literally scream and yell at us on the phone. Then she would tell us it was someone else’s fault because she had sister companies. I would call them, and they would very politely and professionally direct me back to Donna.
Our estimated delivery date was pushed back THREE times. When it finally arrived, weeks later than it should have, I had to meet the truck driver in a shady part of town near his motel so I could go to the customs office with him. He was very angry that I did not know how to get to the customs office (even though he is a professional mover to Edmonton, so you would think he would know that). He also got extremely huffy in the customs office because it took longer than 5 minutes and he had other stuff to do and he kept blaming it on me like I could have done something to make it go faster. Whenever he went out to have a cigarette and yell on his cell phone, people would tell me how rude he was and how bad they felt for me.
Then I had to lead this guy in his giant semi truck, not moving van, to my apartment building. He called me while driving to let me know how mad he was that it took so long at the customs office, and also he couldn’t believe he had to drive through these small streets in his big truck. Not my fault, dude.
The cherry on top is that we get to the building and the guy wants $ 1800. It’s ridiculous. I told him no way. That’s not what we were quoted, that’s not what is on our itemized list (which I show him). He gets furious, yelling at me on the street, and calls Donna. I call my husband. My husband calls Donna. Donna calls me. Everyone is screaming, I’m crying… We were told $ 850, we don’t magically have $ 1800 to spend. Then Donna tells me that it was $ 850 to get from Sacramento to Oakland, which was the first stop, and then it cost more to go the rest of the way. I didn’t even know it stopped over in Oakland. It was absurd. Then the mover guy tells me that he is late and he needs to go, and if I don’t pay him the full $ 1800, he is leaving and taking all of my belongings to Calgary with him in the truck.
We ended up paying the full amount, not having enough money for groceries, borrowing from our parents, seeking legal action, then just deciding to be done with this nightmare.
Please never ever use this company.

Eurostar moved us from the US. They are hard workers and try to be accomodating, but in reality they take on more work than they can reasonably handle.
Our car was over 3 weeks late in arriving.
Our move into our apartment started over 8 hours late, at 8:30pm on a Monday night.
The cost of the move was 15% higher than the quoted amount with no explanation. They refused to unload the truck, at 8:30pm, unless we paid and said they would resolve the issue later… two months later, absolutely no progress has been made.
Several items were broken or lost by Eurostar during the move and they are unresponsive to our requests for renumeration.
