I communicated via Facebook with the group of stores then noted their 6pm closing time on their website. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough time to get to their remote location with my new secondhand craigslist bike in Burnaby after working my dental shift here on Hastings(also in Burnaby). So I brought my bike to work, chaining it up best I can on the street as a proper lock was one of the many things I hoped to purchase. So as soon as I can I huffed and puffed me and my bike east on Hastings, sadly arriving minutes before their 6pm closing time and literally just as they were closing the door. :(The sales person had somewhere they needed to be so all I could do is put my bike inside stating my needs and offering to come again the following day asap after work. Anyhow the next day came and finished so I hoped a bus and arrived at 5:30pm only to wait and wait and wait and wait. Yes they were busy but it seems only the overly aggressive wait on me people get first attention — how about a numbering system? So suddenly 6pm is again fast approaching along with my frustration level. One of the two people briefly help me with a new helmet, kickstand, lock and light accessories. My bill for the above came to over $ 160 and I am left disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Even making the effort ahead of time with my unique timing restraints did not make this an easier pleasant experience and having me wait so long with a two time visit?
