Do not buy your car here! Incredibly high pressure sales tactics, we made the innocent mistake of giving them our phone number. To date I have had, no word of a lie, 19 total calls from this dealership! Seriously folks, is this who you want to deal with?!? Honestly, I felt like I had to go wash my hands after dealing with the people here. Needless to say we went somewhere else. We went to Westwood Honda and they were awesome, real people, nice, fair, the type of people I would send others I know to see. Honestly, the only people I would send to this dealership are people I don’t like and even then I would think twice.

–Not clear in pricing. No details are given. Just handwriting the monthly payments on a piece of paper. You wont have an idea what fees are added or what is the actual price until the end… Not professional at all.
–Not familiar with Honda products and customer rights.
–Push you to review them 5 star in Google. Call and email spam to give them ¹⁰⁄₁₀ review with Honda Canada. Don’t trust their Google review. they promise to enter your name in a draw for a free ticket to Whistler if give them 5 star in Google. This is unethical business practice.
I gave 2 star because they are polite and warm and generally nice. But not professional at all. You want to spend several tens of thousands $. You need more than a free coffee!!!

I was referred by a friend to see Roger. It was my first time buying a car and I had an idea as to what car I wanted to buy.
Roger was super helpful, he listened to my needs and took them into consideration to recommend something that fits my needs. He sounded knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining things I was unfamiliar with. Unlike other car salesmen I dealt with he treated me like every other customer. He did not brush me off, as a first time buyer, and focused attention on my father. Roger was not pushy as well, he gave space for my dad and I to discuss what he had offered.

Good price, friendly service, treated fairly.
After dealing with a number of other greater Vancouver car dealers Happy Honda was a breath of fresh air. The pricing was fair and upfront with no dealer or documentation fees. Communication was easy and not pushy. The car I wanted was in stock and ready to go a day after I walked in. This was my second car purchase at Happy Honda and I will be returning for my third when the time comes.

I’ve been taking my current Honda here for service for several years now, and their service staff has always been tops; they remember me, they’re professional and very friendly. I’ve also been extended a courtesy car with the fee waived before when my vehicle was out of action overnight once, which I thought was very nice. Deal with Heather here, who is absolutely lovely.
I’m sorry to say that I can’t say the same for the sales staff. I haven’t bought here before, but I have on occasion sat down and crunched a few numbers with them– usually while waiting for mine to be serviced and when they aren’t busy. I believe I can recall once where I dealt with a gentleman named Angelo who was quite helpful, but apart from that, I’ve gotten the impression by all other interactions was that they could do just as well if they didn’t sell me anything.
I’m now at a stage where I’m in the market for a replacement to mine due to a powertrain failure, so I went out of my way to visit Happy Honda to see what they can do for me. When I went in, I was greeted by a guy at his desk who didn’t bother to get up, listened to my situation and that I had a couple of models in mind. He looked at me as if he was questioning why I was bothering him with this, pulled out a table of lease and finance rates; information I had already gotten from the website, running off a few of them, just short of simply pointing and letting me read it upside down. He asked practically no questions and barely responded when I spoke, making for a very awkward conversation. He asked me to write my name and number down on a scrap piece of paper so he could call me when they got stock in, as they had next to nothing on the lot (fair enough), but as far as I’m concerned he might as well toss it, which I wouldn’t be surprised if he already has because I’ll be taking my business elsewhere due to what I viewed as a truly abysmal sales experience, and I say this as someone who deals with sales himself for a living.
I think it’s time for the manager of this place to assess who he’s got on his team, here; they need some new faces.

Absolutely terrible, rude service.
First sign should have been when I walked in, and the young sales guy on the floor looks absolutely perplexed as to why I am there. Awkward.
He summons the «sales manager.»
I already know what I want, down to the colour, so I sit down and start to do some «negotiation» as I was serious about buying that day.
First off, they want to charge a documentation fee of almost $ 400, because they «are not making any profit margins on the car.» BS.
On top of this, they want to charge me to bring the car over from another dealer.
No other Honda dealership I have been to charges this fee, including the one I ended up buying my car from.
When I object to the «documentation fee,» the salesperson tells me I am, and I quote: «You come in here, you seem like a nice guy, and then, I find out, you are not being up front with me. You are not being honest with me.»
HUH?!?
I tell him I want to think about it (the purchase) and ask him for the paper that he had written the deal out on, and he refuses to give it to me, like it’s some sort of trade secret.
At this point, I was irritated and annoyed and just overall had a bad vibe, and left.
Sorry Happy Honda but you just lost out on a $ 25,000 sale and gained some bad word of mouth to boot.
This ain’t the 70s (although you wouldn’t know it judging from the interior of this place), so learn some customer service skills.
If I could give zero stars I would.

What were they thinking? They ended up putting grease all over my dashboard. I told them that my passenger side area squeaks. I told them that the sound came from the wheel itself. It happens when I drive a certain speed. Also, I told them that it had nothing to do with the dashboard.
So, I got my car back. They told me that they could really hear nothing and the sounds couldn’t be replicated. I drove home and I realized that my passenger side dashboard area was almost completely (80%) covered in grease.
Hey, if someone really needed to clean their dirty greasy hands, there’s something called a washroom.
