I’ve been going to this location of Cardio Core now for the last two month and I am loving it and working harder than I have in a year. Seriously. Kim Kirstiuk is the main instructor and owner of this franchise and she is an excellent trainer. She pushes you, motivates you, varies exercises so it’s never boring and makes you work every muscle. After the first class, I literally could not get out of bed the next day. But it’s nice to know that those muscles all still work and exist in my body! In addition to making boot campers work really hard, Kim is also very sweet and it’s really easy to feel included in the whole group no matter what your fitness level is. And talking about added value to your workout, Kim also writes a weekly blog about fitness tips, additional exercises, stretches, healthy recipes. She even sent out a diet plan put together by a nutritionist(I believe). Lastly, what I really love about this boot camp is that it’s quite flexible for my ever changing and busy schedule. I’ve signed up for the morning classes. However, if I miss one, I love to know that I can always make it up by going to the evening class. This is something really important to me, because as a student, my schedule is always crazy.
