Tracks are amazing, trains are really cool and it’s getting bigger by 1 km in the next couple years or so! Don’t mind the grumpy engineers :) they just want to play with their trains ;)

The absolute best place to hold a children’s summer birthday party.
There are canopies set up for you in the private area that’s on a grassy area a little elevated from the regular picnic tables. They can hold up to 3 parties during one time slot, which are 11am-​1pm or 2pm-​4pm. Make sure you book ahead of time online. The staff in the concession stand are great and the train conductors are good natured older gentlemen. They all operate the trains during the weekends as hobbies.
The miniature train rides take about 15 minutes and are $ 2.50 per ride unless you purchase in bulk, which will cost $ 2.00 per ride.
The kids had a blast and kept wanting to go on the trains again and again. Many parents have commented that they will bring their kids back to this park before the summer ends.

Nice place to take young kids, my children 3 and 1 thoroughly enjoyed the miniature train rides. They are the types of trains that you sit straddling them and they aren’t covered from the elements so a nice day is preferable. It is about $ 2.50 a person for anyone over 3. You get about a 10 minute ride but they aren’t stingy about it either I’m pretty sure we went longer than that so we could «go and find the tunnel.» You are transported back in some treed area with winds and turns all over the place, wouldn’t even know you were surrounded by city. Mostly older gentlemen as the «conductors» looking like they have the time of their life at their job. Quite a big facility with lots of trains and many tracks and looked like they were expanding too. Bring cash as they don’t have any other payment methods. Someone was having a birthday their and that looked like a fun place to do that and they had rates for that as well. Check their website for hours as it’s just weekends and holidays I believe.

This is the best place to go if you have little kids or want to throw a little kid party. There are benches you can have picnics on. There are tents you can rent for birthday parties. The place is huge, but enclosed so it’s very safe for kids. The best part is the minature train that you can ride. The ride is about 15 – 20 min for $ 2.50 and it takes you through little bridges, tunnels, and you can see storybook characters. I saw a little Humpty Dumpty sitting on the wall. Sosooo cute. I definitely recommend this place for any parent with a little kid.
