We are a full service company that prides itself on providing excellent help for small businesses who might need to catch up, or have ongoing bookkeeping needs. We also help small businesses whose files and organization may have fallen wayward — we believe that an organized office is a productive one! Document Scanning helps clear up messy filing cabinets and ensures that those precious documents are safe where you store them.

Established in 2014.

Bolt Business Solutions is a document scanning, records management, and bookkeeping outfit based in the Tri-​Cities — we are committed to providing the best service possible. We provide remote support and services, with the exception of document scanning in the medical field; we have an MOA on staff to go to your office and properly scan your patient files into your designated EMR.

We service all over the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Surrey, and Delta. If your company requires on-​site time for any of our services, give us a call and we can come to an arrangement that suits both parties.
