I have recently been a fan of Indian food, and I got to say that they have the best butter chicken and naan. Get the all day special for 9.99. Veg and meat samosas are the best too!

This was the go to Indian take out for a few years. Food is good but it feels like they don’t want your business as they scowl at you from behind the counter. The last three times I was there they short changed me, as much as 10 dollars one of the times. When I brought it to their attention there was no apologies, they just open the till and hand over the money with a dirty look. I guess they get irritated when people count their change to make sure its correct. Needless to say after the third time I realized this is no a simple mistake and obviously deliberate. Too bad because the food is good. Indian Bombay bistro across the street is the new go to. It’s cleaner, cheaper, tasty and they greet you with smiles rather than dirty looks!

Really enjoyed the food. Staff were friendly and hospitable. I had a non-veg thali with butter chicken and gobi aloo. Everything was very flavourful. The butter chicken was a bit salty but very tasty and a good amount of heat for me. The naan was fresh and delicious. Left very satisfied.

The customer service here is up and down depending who is working. The food is ok but pretty bland. Prices are reasonable. Much better places to eat a few doors down like Shagan or Agra. I have eaten here a few times and even though I order the same thing, the price goes up by a couple of dollars each time. I thought it was the cost of meats going up so I asked for a current menu. Basically they try to charge you extra to see if they can get away with it. The last time I ate here something hard was in my food that could have hurt my tooth.

Good paneer pakoras however the samosas are very small and not as good as shagan sweets are. They are really cheap but the quality isn’t very good for those

Best Chana Bhature(chick peas in curry with fried bread and vegetables) super cheap prices and awesome samosas! Authentic. Don’t let the outdoor appearance fool you! The girls are super friendly and helpful and Will be back again!

Don’t get fool by the look. This restaurant look simple and plain from outside. Their food is 5STARS! I’m an International Indian food lover. I had been to Indian restaurants of many countries including Japan, Taiwan, Canada and YES! All the way to INDIA. I was hungry and looking for a quick snack and getting Samosa there. But my purchase was only $ 3 so couldn’t use my card and I didn’t have enough cash with me. So I order their combo set — Thali. Little do I know, this is by far one of the best taste food that I ever try. No corner and short cuts. The ingredients in the food are so good, everything was hot and fresh. I would totally recommend my friends and family to come to this place for best taste Indian food!

Not the fancy ambience or anything however food was reasonably priced and yum, will definitely try something more when I’ll be around that area, ordered chicken seekh kebab and chole bhature and they both were fairly decent

This place sells good sweets but the food I could do without. I have no idea why people are talking so much about the Samosas because they really were not that great. My samosas were hot on the outside and getting really cold on the inside. Their service really needs a lot of work, and their décor isn’t really promising. I think the only thing good about Baba Sweets and Restaurant are the sweets. They should just cut the restaurant part out, seriously.

Mm, butter chicken love. It’s a tiny bit spicier than usual, but so tasty. It is a ghetto take-out place, so don’t go in expecting to sit down.

Service isn’t the best but you don’t come here to sit down and get served. Order your food and go home. Pretty good Indian food you won’t be disappointed in.

A great variety of Indian food. The staff aren’t particularly friendly, but not at all impolite. The food and sweets are soooo good. The best samosas I’ve ever had. The price is right.

Yummy yummy yummy!!! And on the cheap!!! Everything I’ve tasted there was cooked to perfection. The veggie samosas are to die for. Every time I went there I would buy half-a-dozen to take home. Even the mango lassies here are better than most places. Based just on food taste and quality, price, and value this place would get more than 5 out of 5 stars from me. The place it self is not very nice to look at or well kept and the women that work there always seem to be angry and are oftentimes too busy talking amongst themselves to serve patrons promptly. Don’t go there if you are in a rush. But if you have some time and don’t mind the rude service, the food is worth it. AND… if you need to get your eyebrows threaded the place next door is fast, cheap, and good and you can have them done while your food is prepared. :)

This slightly dodgy-looking little place in a nowhere neighbourhood serves up some of the best Indian takeout around. Case in point: I took their samosas and pakoras to a party, and everyone who ate one asked me where I had ordered from. Plus, they were super cheap. They serve a full menu of Indian specialties, and while they do have tables for eating in, ambiance is not the major selling point of this joint. I suggest phoning in an order and taking your cheap, deelishus food to go.
