Auto Spa

I had my car wash and de-​oderized at this place. When I picked up my car my speaker started making weird sounds. At first I thought it was water but it was consistent. I went back to talk to the owner and he said he will pay for repair or replace it. It made me relived a bit. when I took my car in to the dealership to find the problem they told me the amplifier was damaged and quoted me the price. I inform the auto spa owner about it. He suddenly became reluctant to keep his word with the promise he made, tried to threaten with lawyers and kept ignoring my calls. I went in for a simple car wash and a de-​oderized job, but it was the biggest mistake of my life. And the amplifier is still damaged since it was too costly to replace it for me, well the owner of metrotown auto spa did say he will cover the cost. And I’m still waiting for that promise to be kept but currently all indication tells me that he won’t do what he promise at all.
Ps. The car was still dirty when I went to pick it up after getting it wash not just interior, exterior too!

Well I give this place 3 stars because Jason, the guy who runs the place was pretty accommodating and nice. First, he took me in at last minute notice. However, when I got my car back i didn’t see it when I drove off because the parkade is really dimly lit. I drove it out into the daylight and saw all the blackness that was grime still on my side doors. And my seats weren’t wet, which I felt were indicative of them not being shampooed (they were atleast vacuumed though). Because the floors were wet. And there was still a major stain on the seats. So I called Jason back as soon as I got home to tell him all of this (because, after all, he did say if there were any problems give him a call and he’d fix it). I went back in and showed him the stains on the doors, the coffee still in the cup holders, the dust on the gear shift, and the stains on the seats. He said that the seats were shampooed but with a dryer, less water, method. Either way, it was not clean. But he did all of it that day that I brought it back in without hesitation. He was quite nice about it. I think maybe they can’t see all the dirt properly because the place isn’t well lit.
A complete auto detailing interior and exterior cost $ 120.
