I was planning on giving a full 5 star rating, but after finding out the price of the frames I just bought I’m considering even harsher action against this store. I’ve been a customer for almost 8 years. Bought 4 pairs of frames from them. I’ve always been happy with the price, the awesome discounts and the service. Anthony(who I’m assuming is the old guy that runs the place) has been a kind, professional gentleman and it’s truly a pleasure being a patron in his store. However my experience was tainted in learning that they jack the prices way up, then give these incredibly large discounts, deceiving you into thinking it’s a «good deal». I did call to ask why the retail price is so high, but was not given a straight answer other than that they buy from the manufacturer(not the actual brand manufacturer). It could be straight from the same source the brand gets it from — which if so great! But that still does not explain the crazy price jump! Really disappointed.

I have been a customer for so long that I think it has been at least 8 years. Every so many years past by, I would come here for a new change of look. There glasses are very reasonable priced. Not to mention, they have a good variety of brand name glasses. The owner here is very friendly and helpful. I prefer to go either end of the year or beginning of the year because I think that is when new style comes out. Pretty trendy glasses for a super good price and service.

Customer service not very good, always rushing you. I know lots of people(particularly Chinese speaking) come by, but they should learn how to better manage this without compromising their service. A good store for your regular optical needs, eg. Sunglasses, prescription glasses. But I have my reservations about having your eyes checked here and getting your prescription here with your glasses, especially for those with bit more serious vision impairment. The owner is not an optometrist, he is an optician. There are certain things that he is not able to do, and he is not upfront about it. Parking is the worst. That is one of the reasons why I don’t buy my contacts here anymore since I need refills regularly and just cannot deal with the terribly designed parkade and bad drivers. I will be looking for a new vision care provider as I don’t think this store provides good quality and honest service any more.

Located 2nd level. Bought glasses quite some time ago. Anyways here to get some quotes for contact lenses, and though I appreciated someone speaking fluent English, I left more confused lol. She talked on and on about dailies, biweeklys and monthlys, then I wasn’t even sure what I wear now, as it’s only for sports. No samples here since no optometrist on site. Big designer names for their frames, Miu Miu in their display. Mikli here too, my favourites.

From what that reviews says I’m sure this is a good optical store but when I walked in the store, the associate helping me was impatient and had a bad attitude. She did not display good customer service.

I practically been to all the optical stores neat metro area, and this has the best service and most reasonable price among all. Highly recommended.
