History
Established in 1998.
The Walsh and Volk Team was developed by Alison Walsh and her partner Lou Volk, to create a collection of five professional real estate sales people that are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service.
Each member of the team brings a unique set of skills, expertise, energy, character and personality that can handle any situation with grace and success to ensure optimum results for all their clients. It has always been the team’s goal to build a strong, client focused real estate team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
We were the first in 2007 and still the only agents in our trading area that have our own moving truck for our clients to use for FREE! In 2008 we bought our own office to provide a private meeting space for our clients. In 2014, we welcomed our newest real estate agent, Kelley Bartlett.

Alison Walsh is Team Leader and Sales Representative of The Walsh and Volk Re/Max Team. Alison has over 25 years of real estate experience to draw on, as well as designations such as Certified Staging Professional, Million Dollar Guild Member and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She’s also achieved many awards including The Lifetime Achievement Award, The Chairman’s Club, The Hall of Fame Club, The 100% Club and The Executive Club. In her personal life, Alison’s greatest joy is spending time with her family and friends, usually by throwing a dinner party or BBQ.
