A quick hit of coffee. maybe a pastry or bagel. This is my Tim’s of choice in the area. This Tim’s is located in a newly renovated part of a Husky gas station in the Mainway and Appleby area of Burlington.
This concept of store is quite small, but it offers a full menu of items that you would find at any Tim’s. There is no seating, so the emphasis is fast, convenient service. The service here is good and you are almost always greeted by a «good morning». One of my guilty vices is the small/​medium coffee pairing with a strudel (strawberry cheese. mmm) I just wish they would make strudels full size so that I can order one on its own.
If you don’t want to wait it too much of a line for your morning hit of Tim’s at your regular full sized store… try the mini me version… your be in and out in a jiff! 4 stars!

This Timmy’s is tiny. There is no seating inside at all as it’s really just attached to a Pioneer gas station and has a drive through running behind the building.
It does still have it’s own entrance but you can access the Timmy’s through the Pioneer as well. The counter is small and really can only handle a single line. Pick ups are to the left and whatever they have in the window is what they have.
They still have bagels, etc it’s not all doughnuts and coffee only. They accept payment with Tim’s cards as opposed to say Tim’s at Rogers Centre, and at Cineplex theaters. Being small and only having a single counter line they seem kind of slow.
