Plugged Piper Drain Services

Not recommended. They cancelled their first scheduled visit, and were over a half hour late to their second. Of the two guys who showed up, one was rough but nice enough but the other was loud and rude (constant swearing and hollering).
They fussed about the drain being in a tight spot to the point I wasn’t sure they were even going to try to do the work (lining the city portion of the sewer main).
Somehow they managed to kill a 3′ area of grass on my lawn and didn’t say a word about it (I presume they spilled something).
The adhesives used in the job rendered our entire basement unusable for two days due to extremely strong fumes (much stronger than when we had our portion of the main lined a few weeks prior by a different contractor).
Oh, we’re not entirely sure they even had city permits to do the work! It’s been nearly a week now and the city inspector hasn’t been around to inspect it yet (that, and for some reason they asked ME if they had a permit AFTER they finished – and why would I have their permit?)
Basically, they won the city contract because they were the lowest bidder (and it shows).
