Mapleview Centre

Uh what are people talking about, this is a GOOD mall! It’s newly renovated, clean, spacious, parking is plentiful, and the sales associates at the stores are friendly AND helpful.
(Might I add that I find them friendlier AND more helpful than busier malls in larger cities.)
Their Zara and Lululemon locations are larger, better organised and seemed to carry newer merchandise.
Food court is inviting with higher ceilings.
As far as fake environments go, complete with recycled ventilation, Mapleview mall is one of the better places!

This is one of the better malls in Ontario, it offers a good selection of stores for all age groups and has a number of terrific places to eat within the food court. During the Christmas season you’ll be lucky to find a place to park so if you’re local you should consider walking in as they are pretty good at plowing and shoveling all of the snow off of the walkways during snow storms.
I’m a fan of this mall mostly because it’s a quick 20 minute walk from where I live and because I can get virtually anything I need or want (with the exception of Video Games) with only 1 stop.

Parking is horrible.
There has been snot on one of the entrance doors for 2 weeks now.
They took away the bus stops so now you have to wait across the street in the cold.
Other than that, cool
Stores. Not much for young adult
Males though. (if they are not into skate wear)

I’ve been going to this mall once or twice a year since the year it opened. It’s had a ridiculous turnover of stores in it’s short 22 year lifespan and virtually none of them has ever interested me. It just came out of a monster renovation 3 years ago and looks like a boutique mall geared completely towards women. So many pastels and lime greens that I have to wear shades.
I’d be shocked if there were more than 4 stores in this whole mall that would hold the interest of any male between 9 & 90! Every segment of the mall upstairs had disgusting amounts of perfume or flowery scents wafting out of multiple stores, so bad it’s still stuck in my throat. Time to open a beer to get my senses back to normal! Even the anchor stores, Sears & The Bay, two rapidly dying Canadian institutions (Sears Canada that is), have a decidedly girly feel about them.
Ample parking (because I’ve never seen this mall actually crowded), couple of nice restaurants & a decent enough food court upstairs in the middle round this mall out. As much as the 45 year old Burlington mall is kinda lame, it blows this trendy wannabe palace away for actual shopability (is that even a word or did I just invent a word).

Such an upgrade over what was originally there and all that money poured into making this a fantastic, patron attracting shopping centre, and all you end up remembering is how absolutely ridiculous the parking situation is. Simple solution: The Bay and overflow parking should be turned into a multi-​tiered parking structure. Word to the wise, people’s shopping venue decisions are greatly affected by 30 minute waits, just to leave the lot.

A more upmarket regional mall. You’ll find most of your middle of the road brands here: H&M, Coach, MK, CM, etc. It’s anchored by a Bay and a Sears. There’s both a second cup and a starbucks. The downside about this mall is they didn’t provide much in the way of parking. The lots get filled up quickly, giving the mall a «it’s packed today!» appearance but when you actually get inside you wonder where all the people went.
Pro-​tip: Park at the Longos kitty corner and cross the street.

perfect size with a good variety of stores. always clean and well groomed. this has become my go to mall ever since the renovations. parking could be better. good stores are close together (Zara, h&m, F21, Aritzia) and there aren’t many «dud»
no name stores (ie. everything that fills up Jackson Square)

this mall is spacious and seems big, but after walking around on both levels, i saw everything in 15 minutes. i am from california so i didn’t recognize some of the stores, the ones i know were just ehhh. the only department store they had was sears and something else i wasn’t interested in. the mall was clean and bright, i liked the food court though.
