History
Established in 1998.
The Walsh and Volk Team was developed by Lou Volk and his partner Alison Walsh, to create a collection of five professional real estate sales people that are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service.
Each member of the team brings a unique set of skills, expertise, energy, character and personality that can handle any situation with grace and success to ensure optimum results for all their clients. It has always been the team’s goal to build a strong, client focused real estate team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
We were the first in 2007 and still the only agents in our trading area that have our own moving truck for our clients to use for FREE! In 2008 we bought our own office to provide a private meeting space for our clients. In 2014, we welcomed our newest real estate agent, Kelley Bartlett.

Business Owner
Lou Volk is a real estate veteran, with over 25 years of experience. He’s won nearly every Re/Max award available, including The Lifetime Achievement Award, The Chairman’s Club, The Hall of Fame Club, The 100% Club and The Executive Club. He’s also earned specialized designations such as: Market Value Appraiser, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representation. Lou is happiest entertaining his friends and family at summer BBQs and get-togethers. He is also a big Elvis fan, who loves spending time in his 1966 Cadillac listening to the King’s greatest hits.
