History
Established in 1998.
The Walsh and Volk Team was developed by Alison Walsh and her partner Lou Volk, to create a collection of five professional real estate sales people that are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service.
Each member of the team brings a unique set of skills, expertise, energy, character and personality that can handle any situation with grace and success to ensure optimum results for all their clients. It has always been the team’s goal to build a strong, client focused real estate team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
We were the first in 2007 and still the only agents in our trading area that have our own moving truck for our clients to use for FREE! In 2008 we bought our own office to provide a private meeting space for our clients. In 2014, we welcomed our newest real estate agent, Kelley Bartlett.

Manager
Kelley is the most recent member of the Walsh and Volk Team. She comes to us with over 20 years of business experience in the financial industry followed by 10 years of award winning sales experience where customer satisfaction were and remain her top priorities. When not helping her clients, Kelley can be found spending quality time with her husband and two children. Her other interests include decorating, gardening, reading and Words with Friends.
